The dream stuff was someone different. But I suppose I can attack you with him anyway.

A loud screech comes, and a car zooms towards the group. Hundreds of people crawl out of it, laughing and cackling. They’re wearing way too much make up, froofy wigs, and giant shoes. “HALOOOOOO!” One of them yells, then falls on the floor cackling. The clowns dance around, jumping and rolling as they surround the group.

The dream realm is danger. It is unpredictable. In fact, if is strangely silent right now. But no one must sleep. The dragon looked to sleeper. He started to twitch, then he began advancing toward them.

Just then, a large creature soared from somewhere above them. It landed in front of sleeper and bared its teeth at the attacking army of clowns. Its front half was a great eagle, but the back half was that of a lion. A griffin.

my idea is that he was trained for war his whole life but he never wanted to actually do it. and then poof, he appears next to the dragon having no idea what just happened
