[Okay- fine. I actually kinda liked the lightling. But I couldn't come up with a name]

"Break that when you reach wherever it is-" the lightling realized something, then said, "Can you fuel a medium, dragon?"

[A medium refers to souls, light or void. Basically, the lightling is asking if light can be channeled through the dragon, assuming that it probably can.]

That is what I thought, but what do I break?

Yes… you could. It could…would… come with consequences depending on the situation. But yes it is possible. What are you thinking?

"You simply need to channel light to me. I was thinking chasm light, or pure yellow, since those could last weeks."

“How about…” The dragon looked at the lightning. “this is a very incredible gift. I have a crystal that holds a spec of pure light in my horde. It would fuel you for decades. But I cannot give it lightly. You must swear allegiance to me. Bit directly follow order allegence, but loyalty allegence.”

"Completely pure light could last indefinitely. What is the percentage of it? This is very important."

Not pure, for only the item could produce that, but it emits light itself that is only the smallest amount below.

"A master of life as in, like... healing? Resurrection? Probably not a necromancer, considering we just beat that one..."

Xiylna blinked. “My memory is…weird. This is strange, and I don’t like it. I don’t remember how we got here. I don’t remember where here is. I don’t like this. We should leave.”

Meanwhile, in a place that was probably a lot darker...

The man with shadowed eyes from shovel man's nightmares appears in a flash of violet energy.

"I seek the One of Worlds. I have information that will be quite useful for her to know."

The little skeleton clattered.

“Hi!” Xiylna said. “Are you dead too?”

It looked at her, then nodded slowly. It seemed to shiver.

Xiylna formed her cloud into a smiley face. “Hey, me too! It’s okay. You get used to it after a while.”

The shovel man looks suspiciously at the skeleton. "You don't happen to be from a nightmare, do you?"

“Oh, hush. It’s dead, isn’t it? Clearly it’s not from a nightmare.”

It turned to him, paused, and shook its head,

"Oh, good. You didn't look familiar, but you can never know." The shovel man offers the skeleton a handshake. "Nice to meet you. I'm Joseph. Joseph B. Akladin. Do you have a name?"

Also, to be clear for both of you, this skeleton is small enough to be that of a young child. And has a cracked skull.

Hey wait Archie!! I’m already a dead young child!! Two dead children is too sad.

Y’know good question. She’s probably like 12, (well was, now she’s like 600) it had something to do with a prophecy, and now she’s an unfulfilled spirit doomed to exist forever. I like small dead children :)
