He had no light source. The bleeding limb attatched to him shocked him into holding the wounds. If he found water it would keep away hunger until tomorrow, when he would leave his building and look for more supplies, still trying to stay away from other candidates. Bob would estimate that he was about half a mile from the cornucopia, it couldn’t be too long until someone came near his building. He didn’t have any weapons besides his file, so he wasn’t in a great position to meet others. He had heard the cannons yesterday, and wondered who had died. More of them lined the entire wall leading in both directions. Further inspection showed a sign, with arrows pointing in many directions. It was facing a fountain full of water, a one with a metal sculpture of the symbol for tin above it. It looked like… yes, the sculpture itself was metal. But what kind, Bob couldn’t tell. As he got farther from the light coming from the hole in the ceiling the tunnel got darker and darker, until nothing was visible. A feeling of warmth came over Lacket’s body. After a short while, likely not too long, since the sun is still shining brightly, Bob wakes up to a horrible pain in his arm. Looking over, he can see that it's being crushed by a huge vine that's wrapped around it while he slept. Dug Nora falls asleep inside the cornucopia. Duuughhe Nate has found a fountain, and is currently drinking as much water as he can. Doug Nilkingar is setting up base in a small(ish) building near the center. They spew out a purple and green spores into the air, each with a pop like firecracker. The air is soon filled with the spores, and all the contestants around the fountain ( @Edema Ruh @SmilingPanda19 ) are soon breathing it. The moment they do, their powers stop working. Their metal reserves dissappear, and they can't draw power from their Metalminds anymore. Sharp gathers as many of the berries and nuts as he can, just in case. Then he searches for a good nook to away from the entrance to make his hideout. After finding one he sets down his stuff. He was also extremely thirsty, so water would be his first priority today. While sawing, he sees what the second memory in his Coppermind is, to see if it would help him find water. @Ancient Elantrian @Edema Ruh @Scars of Hathsin Quote Does the sawing work?
