I'm picturing a forum-wide rebellion wherein members across all clans and guilds link to Quota's death scene in their signatures as a message to the mods: "Kill Quota so Fun can rule!" :P

Whether or not he enters revenge mode would depend on exactly how much he hears. And honestly, I don't think it's necessarily too soon for him to enter revenge mode—he knows enough about Epics to rein it in when Lightwards is around, to bide his time and figure out his weakness first. I actually kind of like the idea of making Remington into a smiling, simmering pot of rage, waiting for his chance to strike. It would give him an extra layer of motivation for what he's doing that would take it beyond the pebble-in-the-boot thing.

(And does the creepy scene involve him mentioning how they died? :o Because if so, Remington will need some time alone. And then the pebble will become a scorpion pretending to be a pebble. Again, not saying that as a deterrent—the more I think about it, the more I like it.)

Just wait until Backtrack relives Koschei's death.

I'd join the Funtimes Revolution (which isn't a ship, no matter how much it sounds like one. :P)

Which Sadry deaths are you referring to? Death by Claudius, or death by Nighthound followed by post-mortem glazing?

The cool thing about a Remington-Lightwards enmity is that Lightwards would be fairly oblivious to the former's hatred, at least at first. As I believe you've mentioned before, Lightwards has a very "just business" attitude to his crimes, which is counter-balanced nicely with Remington's much more caring involvement with the victims. They are the stuff great hero-villain showdowns are made of.

It will be hilarious to have Backtrack picking on Remington, then suddenly switch to being overwhelmingly nice to him after he witnesses Koschei's demise. :P

The mechs/transformers are Toymaker's, right?  What are their capabilities/limitations?

I'm still a Sight Revolution shipper myself. :P Shadow Revolution still has the coolest name, but might be slightly dangerous, now that Saccharine has joined the cast. :o:P

I was thinking about the second, but the first one is just as horrifying.

Just what I was thinking. :) Lightwards has a very But For Me It Was Tuesday attitude toward his atrocities, while Remington sees each victim as a person gone too soon.

Yeah….depending on how impressed Backtrack tends to be with "deathless" Epics (which, given how much time he devoted to tracking down Lightwards instead of the more-powerful Mobius, seems to be "pretty darn")…well, it's a pretty terrifying death, made all the more terrifying (to an Epic, anyway) because Koschei called himself Koschei the Deathless.

Pretty much every ship involving Revolution has an awesome name. Consider her my gift to the shippers among us. :P Sight Revolution is actually an interesting idea; Sightline's just the sort of stressed-out Epic who could use some time at the commune.

Without Star Trek on television or the Internet to keep him occupied, Backtrack has little else to do besides follow random Epics that pique his interest. :P

Voidus, both the SS/Chi fight and TT plot lines are ready for you. Mare will be listening and be pretty quiet, since Altermind and Strongsteel are talking just fine.

Twi, do you want to do the Panacea scene or do you want me to write up a Flashpoint intro for it first?

I agree. And her clever little ways of fighting back would certainly earn the respect of an Epic who never wanted his powers.

So….without Twitter, Backtrack decided to take "following his favorite Epics" a bit more literally? :P

Edit: Go ahead and do the Flashpoint intro if you want. I'm not entirely sure what to start with, but if you'd rather I did the Panacea scene first, I'm pretty sure I could think of something.

Where's Altermind taking them to? There's not too much more for Strongsteel to say really, so they should probably get to work.

Oh Quota. Thy cruel grip keeps me from expressing due tribute to the greatest posts on the forum. :D

I'm off to bed now, but make no mistake, upvoting that is high on my list of priorities for tomorrow. :)

Okay. That'll be up tonight or tomorrow. I'll have Flashpoint start some conversation and take her to the infirmary. I mainly want to characterize Flashpoint more and give Pan more screen time. ;) what can I say, I like the OCD healer.

Does anyone have ideas for what the other TT epics could do? Kathy, Travis, and Al?

he's taking them to the east wall. Closest to Corpsemaker's armory. He can start strengthening the wall and then coating it in steel. And then Altermind would have him do the same to riot shields that the guards have had.

Thanks! :) I'm rather fond of her, too.

It is interesting that Voidgaze might be more amiable to the vanillas than most other Epics. Though I do wonder how Sightline would react if they start suggesting games of Blind Man's Bluff around him. :P

I've always wanted an Excuse for Sightline to teleporthis finger into somebody's eye, than teleport away with it.

With Scorch's death and his revealing of his true nature as a Kandra, Joe passed me up in rep a ton. :(

I keep upvoting you, then remembering that I'm trying to pass you.

Depends. Which Mech did you take? None of them have AI's. All they can do is obey you, and use whatever powers thy had in their stories.

Huh, I might consider a vacation as an alternate ending for Sightline.

Would GM approval of this idea make it happen? And could it happen to someone whose name happens to start with N and end with ighthound? :P

.

I keep doing the exact same thing. ;)

I wonder if this forum has a maximum page limit. If so, we're probably close to reaching it. This is the 3939th post and the 197th page.

Nearly 200 pages, about twice the next longest thread :P

I just upvote what I think is funny, if you both upvote each other it balances out :P

Nighthound can regrow it yes?

Yes. And Sightline will have an enemy from then on, but he should really weigh his options: Keep Nighthound from nursing a grudge, or have the satisfaction of teleporting away with one of his eyeballs? :P

Mundivore just took a basic mech, he picked it based on its awesome color scheme of dark purple and blue.

That's what I do too. Funny, thought out, and good posts are what I upvote.

Post 4000 will be on page 201 I think

Why, Voidus, why?  Why must you ruin this? :(  It was going to be perfect, then you had to go use logic...
