Why? Scadrial is supposed to be the center of an interstellar empire. We are centuries in the future. The future will have had a history.
For all we know Lumar is an old Scadrian colony given up for dead when the aethers arrived.
Who do you think will be depicted on the flags of Scadrian space marines? Or pirates. The won't go for skull and bones.

Basically, the answer to your question is no for multiple reasons. Inside Tress, they are definitely not centuries in the future. Inside Tress, Hoid mentioned at one point that it had only been a few decades after Sazed released the Kandra. This being around probably 30 years after Wax and Wayne. Also, this is still before Mistborn era 3. And Sanderson mentioned that the 3rd Mistborn era would be like 1980s to 90s time period, so they would not be doing space travel quite like that (though that might be possible if using etmetal). Also, the spores on Lumar have likely been there for centuries if not the beginning of the world, or at least since the moons were inhabited by aethers. I actually wouldn't be surprised if everyone there is actually descendants of people from off-world. Though this is not centuries in the future and there is no Scadriall interstellar empire there is a chance this might exist in Mistborn era 4. Especially considering the fact that Scadrial is likely the oldest world, and they have two merged shards that kinda help and influence them.

Sorry, but no, that is indefensible due to the Iriali.

It's been 341 years since they went away from Lumar. As of Rhythm of War they are still on Roshar. And they need to spend some time on Lumar. Something around 400 years after Rhythm of War is the minimum.

What release of Kandra are you talking about? Sending them out on a mission into wide Cosmere isn't giving them freedom. We didn't see Sazed releasing Kandra at the end of Era 2. This event could be any time in the future.

There are rockets and sentient, Awakened computers and AI in Tress, a type of technology that doesn't exist now, that won't exist in Era 3 even. That is far in the future than Era 3 (Era 3 is 1980 Earth). Because space travel is present in Tress, this means that Tress takes place when the space travel will happen in Cosmere - far in the future.

I mentioned it in another thread, but I don’t think Tress has actually heard of Marsh or Death. think the line about Death is an example of Hoid localising the story for his audience.

Lumar doesn’t seem to have any other Scadrian cultural artefacts. Their religion involves worshipping the moons. So the random Ironeyes reference feels like it’s coming out of nowhere if we take it literally.

That’s why I think Tress ‘really’ used some equivalent phrase in her language that the audience wouldn’t have understood, and Hoid ‘translated’ it into a Death reference to keep the effect.

That's an intelligent theory, but I don't think Brandon would throw in such a specific and excitement inducing Easter egg if the explanation is just that Hoid was translating it to mean something to who he is telling the story to...just a hunch from a storytelling perspective.

My assumption is that we know Scadrians will have a presence regarding space travel in the Cosmere, very possible they spent time in Lumar enough to impact some culture.
