Sylvia saw her roommate finally come walking to the seats. She sat there already herself, hoping she looked composed and calm when on the inside she was a bundle of nerves. She almost convinced herself.

Jared started to stir as he heard a faint beeping noise from an alarm clock.
“uggh.” He groaned as he rolled over. He failed back to sleep but then jolted upright remembering where he was.
“oh shoot! I’m going to be late.” He darted around his room and quickly got ready for the day. He dressed in his usual jeans and a tee shirt, and once he was dressed he scanned his room. He spotted his sunglasses by his night stand, and went to go grab them but hesitated. “You don’t need them Jared.” He said to himself with a sigh. He left the room, and walked towards the door.
“Sorry I got up late, Ben. I should really get an alarm clock.”

@Trutharchivist

"It's fine," said Ben. "Let's go!" He led the way to Crawnly Keep, humming to himself along the way.

Just so y'all know, Tuncay is not the type of person to enter into social interactions willingly. I would like to RP here and be able to write him coming out of his shell to some people, so if some of y'all could force him to talk to your characters that would be great :))

He's just a shy lil guy, he needs other people to reach out first and keep reaching out to him.

(Heck I feel like his mom talking to his peers and being like "Tuncay is shy, so please make a special effort to include him, mkay?")

Anmil walked into the area where group D was gathering, and looked around. Oh great, social interaction. Thought Anmil.

Tessa looked around Group D, and decided to walk up to a draconic guy. "I like your glasses," she said politely.

Hey! Technically, my character isn't that much of an introvert.

I am, though, so...

Tuncay's eyes widened and he quickly looked down to the ground. "Um. Thanks."

This is...like...my first introverted character ever, why the heck did it have to be in an RP where everyone decided to be introverted?

Where everyone is socially awkward, and so are their characters?

Playing extroverted characters is hard. In the past I've kept characters away from conversations just because I thought I might bother the other players.

I'm kind of curious. There's lots of abilities for fighting, but... what would we use them for? I mean, it's a university, it's supposed to give you skills for use for the rest of your life. But super strength and weapon summoning doesn't seem all that helpful, unless there's wars going on I don't know about.

@NerdyAarakocra
Joleuf Hadragard strolled over to the cluster of people that made up group D, humming an upbeat tune as he walked. "Morning," he pronounced to no one in particular, before focusing on... that elf looks nice. "Hello! My name's Joleuf, though just call me Joel. Can I ask yours?"
Joel looked like a perfectly average human, wearing jeans and a hoodie that was just slightly too early in the year to be in-season. He had curly brown hair, a mild tan, and a friendly look on his face.

Sorry for the ping. Shall we just skip to being with the group? If so, just a random mention: your character would've heard Ben's full name, which is actually Sha'ul Binyamin Ze'evy, Ben is just a nickname. Ben doesn't like using his full name, since people often get it wrong. Just a random mention, should probably have written this in the original post.

Did you send a character sheet? It's not necessarily obligatory - you'll have to ask Knight how important it is - but it is advisable, I think.

Heya Goob! If you want to post or just PM me a character sheet, that'd be awesome.

Also, I'll give y'all a little bit to catch up and stuff, but the Group Leader will probably arrive soon and that'll interrupt conversations.

Also also, I'm going to ping Isabelle so she can help participate.

Ah, sorry. Could've sworn there were other people without character sheets.

Spoiler

Name: Joleuf Hadragard

Worst Fear: Being Forgotten
Appearance: 5'9'' Curly brown hair, green eyes, lightly tanned skin

Anmil sighed. At least they were getting this over with now. "I'm Anmil."

I mean, true, but I mean just in the context of the wider world outside whatever plot occurs. No one would choose spiritbinding if there wasn't anyone to fight, and you don't go to university to train for laborious jobs that super strength, speed, and endurance would also help with. I suppose some sort of supernatural athlete could work too, but still seems a bit specific for a whole fifth of the classes at this university.

"Nice to meet you, Anmil. What classes are you taking? I'm gonna be a necromancer, myself."

Why not? Let's.

Ben got to the counter. When asked for his name, he said hesitantly: "Is my full name required?"

Yay! I finally have a classmate! No one else chose Necromancy up until now, IIRC.

Ben grumbled a bit, then shook it, breathed deeply, and said: "Sha'ul Binyamin Ze'evy." He tried not to look at anyone in the face. Let's just get it over with.

The man flipped through his papers for a minute before finally reaching the correct page. He promptly slid a sticker to Ben and dismissed him. “Group D.”
