  1. Enough, she thought, shaking her head. That bridgeman is not worth this much consideration.
  2. They seem to be getting more lazy. Only one line, sheesh, they could at least put some effort into it.
  3. @Terisen ( Can't quote because my computer has decided to throw a tantrum. ) In regards to the Breath thing. Breath is Investiture not the Spiritweb. The fact that an Awakener can store it outside the body and retrieve it later isn't an indication that the same can be done with the Spiritweb. Breath is also designed to be removed, I don't think that the same could be said of the Spiritweb. Hemalurgy is probably the best example of what happens when the Spiritweb is removed. As in when it is removed the person no longer has access to the Investiture that is stored in that particular point. Though to be fair Hemalurgy isn't all that great as an example because the Spiritweb is being forcibly removed by an outside source, not the 'owner' ( for lack of a better term. ) of the Spiritweb.
  4. O.K. Then if there are two Spiritwebs and they share a stomach. If one of them was a Allomancer and the other wasn't, would the Allomancer be able to Burn metals that their twin consumed?
  5. If he ever makes his way to Roshar, would he become a Spren like being or something different? Because if he becomes something akin to a Spren then he could potentially gain a Nahel-bond with some lucky bugger.
  6. I haven't read tWoT and I don't intend to, but how much metal does Rand Al'Thor wear? Because if he has metal on his back and front and has limited healing then TLR can do a lot of damage because he only has to Compound weight then Push and Pull any metal on his person into his body with Duralumin. Or would that not work?
  7. Mmm, I suppose. Though I have another question, if it is the KR's Spiritweb how can they use magic if they can separate themselves from their soul enough to not feel the hit/be damaged by the hit? I mean their soul is now outside their body. How can they access the Investiture that the Spiritweb holds?
  8. The future Mistborn because Hoid is apparently one of the protagonists and because spaceships.
  9. Even though I won't post much or really get involved it amuses me to do this. Current Name: SmurfAquamarineBodies Gender: Male. Apparently. Original (if any) name: CrystalBodies Faction: The Shroomies Position: Leader, I guess Backstory and History: Discovered the 17th shard in my journeys through that treacherous place people call the internet. Liked the atmosphere so I decided to stay. Powers: 7th Heightening, Lerasium Mistborn, Hemalurgic Feruchemist ( gained all the Feruchemancy powers through Hemalurgy ), Yin, Division and Abrasion, gained through Hemalurgy. Weapon(s) of Choice: Muramasa the blade of Yin ( Causes madness in the wielder, if unsheathed and no blood is spilled the wielder is compelled to commit suicide, is also made of pure Yin so has the power to kill anything. ). Multiple Atium Spikes. A smurfs cuteness. Likes: Banana's, kiwifruit and alcohol. Dislikes: Partying, dancing and generally having a good time.
  10. I have been kicked far too many times by ponies for me to ever think the stupid things are cute. The second time I got kicked in the testicles was enough for me, now I have made it my policy to stay away from them. So there is no way I'm going to join your group, clan or whatever people calling these thingies. But thanks for the invite all the same.
  11. Perhaps the healing is just the default setting, similar to Lerasium and that a knowledgeable Returned could choose a different 'Ideal' to apply to the recipient of the Breath. Though I have no idea how the Returned could become more knowledgeable without killing themselves.
  12. If the Shardplate is a KR Spiritweb, then wouldn't it hurt to be hit? Wouldn't breaking the Shardplate cause actual physical damage to the KR? Or are the three Aspects of a person not so intrinsically linked?
  13. So what would happen if a Returned decided to give their Breath to a healthy person? Would the Breath be wasted because nothing would happen or would the Breath tap some other Ideal form to give the recipient some other benefit? Because it must do something. That's too much Investiture to only be able to accomplish one goal.
  14. Emphasis mine: OK, so this talks about being endowed by the deity Endowment. What exactly does this mean?
  15. If one half a Siamese twin ( Two spines, one set of legs, basically these lovely ladies, Abigail Loraine Hensel and Brittany Lee Hensel. ) was to be given Lerasium would they both be Mistborn or only one of them? If a Shardblade severed one of their spines would the other die? Basically I'm asking if they have separate Spiritwebs.
  16. What happens to the person who gets healed by a Divine Breath? Obviously they get healed but is there any other benefit? That is a lot of investiture to be hitting the Spiritweb. Wouldn't the Breath fill up any cracks in the Spiritweb thereby forcing them wide open. What would that do to someone?
  17. I would say that so long as humanity survives the danger and the planet isn't going to become too messed up, he will not interfere. In the case of alien invasion he can just make both sides play nice, by killing anyone who acts aggressively ( they would learn sooner or later ).
  18. Well, no one has ever accused me of being a good person. So fair enough.
  19. Lol, that's not even a consideration with me.
  20. The power of christ compel you. Kill them all. Be my weapon. Destroy greed. Live. Bestow life.
  21. @Pathfinder: Diamond. Would it be possible to attach a persons 'soul' ( for want of a better word ) to the newly Awakened body? Through the use of Hemalurgy or perhaps Feruchamancy.
  22. Why is Nightblood heavier than he should be?
  23. I need to see more of them in action before I can say which Order I would want to be. But so far I'm thinking either Dustbringer, Stoneward or Edgedancer. Stoneward because Taln is awesome, Dustbringer for the wicked red Shardplate and Edgedancer for the Surges Progression and Abrasion which sound cool.
  24. Um... If you want an indestructible killing machine then just Soulcast the body into solid carbon. Awaken the body, arm it with Shardblade/plate. Good luck breaking carbon with a hammer.
  25. no. then they get a pet Kandra.
