  1. Ahh, OK. Thanks.
  2. Anyone seen the amazing actress Tatiana Maslany? If you haven't, watch it, she is easily the best actress of our generation.
  3. 46&2 - Tool cover by Aaron O'Keefe's students.
  4. Who's Vargo? Is that Taravangian's first name? I've seen people use this name interchangeably with Taravangian's, have I missed something?
  5. But he did still come back to heal someone/do something and Endowment has shown a very good future sight, like Lightsong, being precisely where he needed to be to heal a certain someone. So Vasher being where he is could be all a part of Endowments grand plan to help deal with Odium.
  6. I can't say if a Divine Breath has sentience on it's own. I can only ask, how much of a personality change do Returned have? Because if the change is significant the Returned, due to the nature of the bond between them and the Divine Breath, may have 'absorbed'(?) part of the Breath's personality so that the Returned is a mixture of the two's Cognitive aspect's. And because the Breath is inside the Returned and not external, as is the case with Surgebinders, they may have actually combined both the Cognitive and Spiritual aspects inside the Physical aspect, the body, of the Returned. Meaning that while the Divine Breath is sentient it is confined, more or less, to the body of the Returned. Making it impossible for them to be separated as evidenced by the Returned dying when the give the Breath away. So it's not that the Divine Breath has no sentience it's that the Returned's sentience is the Divine Breath's sentience. Sorry if you can't read it but I don't know how to make it more readable. If parts confuse you just ask and I'll endeavour to translate.
  7. There's always another secret.
  8. Bit of a necro but meh. Just tell them that if they don't their little blessings will be removed.
  9. "Are you a Pulser because every time I'm near you time slows down." Bit creepy but... "Are you a Rioter because whenever I see you all I feel is love."
  10. Buy. Demoux will be in the third Mistborn trilogy.
  11. Terison True, though I'm of the opinion that Shardplate is Cultivations contribution to the KR. So I think it is the ultimate Fabrial. Hopefully we will get more clues when Stone's unhallowed comes out.
  12. Thanks man, have an upvote. I have found that the way I deal with it is the easiest way that still allows me to function as a contributing member of society.
  13. Hmm, O.K because I have found that nothing really works to cheer me up when depression hits me. So I either enter the old self-loathing cycle, which is about 8-12 hours of my mind telling me, " you will die alone, no-one loves you, your too stupid to accomplish your goals." Cheerful things like that. Talking to people doesn't work neither does exercise, reading, movies, T.V, out door activities, study, meditation, modern medicine, crystals or anything so I just get black out drunk to drown the voice and then when it's quiet, pass out so that when I wake up it can start again.
  14. Did I get the downvotes because you think I'm taking the piss ( making fun of ) or because my methods of cheering myself up are counter-productive? I honestly couldn't care less about the downvotes I'm just curious.
  15. Yeah, they were the Hork-Bajir. They ( the alien races ) were as non-human as they could be while still being relateable to the audience, which were children.
  16. Ahh, depression my old friend. Well I get black out drunk or find any available drugs and consume them. Or I enter the self-loathing cycle not sleep that night then get up. Rinse and repeat for the last about 3 years, man it's been fun.
  17. Wicked sweet man. My friend and I, his names Bob, mines Kevin, will start to really develop the world and characters over the weekend. I will then put up what we come up with on Sunday. I tested the Google Doc and let me tell you I had no idea what I was doing but I managed to fumble through it. I think, maybe?
  18. Well me and my friend are in. Though as I told Endurant Archivist my friend and I are not at all techno savvy, so this will be fun. The story that we will be writing will be a write up of a D&D game we will play. We will use the D&D 3.5 basic system but will be using our own world. Not too sure what the overall plot will be, but we will come up with that later.
  19. Meh, even if it is human 'flavoured' meat, it's still only meat.
  20. If you have read Animorphs K.A Applegate does a fairly decent job of making the Yeerks inhuman. When I read how they got space travel I sort of gained sympathy for their plight, but they are still read as 'evil' because they are trying to enslave the humans. She touches on some other aliens that are not that similar to humans, well as dissimilar as you can get while still being a book designed for a younger audience.
  21. My friend and I are thinking about writing a book together, I will talk to him and get back to you, probably later tonight. I'll flick my email to you via PM. Also if we do do it then I would like to apologise in advance because neither me or him know how to technology. It makes things over the interwebs... difficult.
  22. Do not do a shot of HcL, it hurts. A lot, like seriously I thought I was going to die.

  23. I always assumed the Spren that fled when Eshonai got taken over by the Void-Spren was whatever type of Spren turned a Listener into Warform. It got chased out of her body and replaced by the Stormform Spren. Or do Void-Spren use those Spren to take over the Listener? So as to use the least amount of Odium's Investiture as possible.
  24. I assumed it was one of the soldiers who knew Kaladin from when they were in Amaram's army together.
  25. "He was uneducated but canny." Silverthorn by Raymond E Feist. Hmm. Correct enough, in it's own fashion.
