He's definitely skilled a sword no denying that, but skill doesn't equal speed. Taking out 20 people in a bar fight with some 300 (?) years of fighting experience plus being returned with the perfect body that comes with it would be really easy. I know and have seen 1 guy take on a bar of about 15 people and win because he was angry, which Vasher admits he has problems with. Comparing Vasher to Arsteel and Denth in skill with sword is unfair because they were prodigies with a sword and had 300 (?) years to train. Nalthis get breaths. That is by far the easiest way to become immortal.

I'm going to second Marsh being someone I'd like to see on Roshar. Not for any of the reasons OP ( I'm 69% sure that means what I think it means, Original Poster or something??? ) said but because I want to see how powerful Stormlight would make him. Other than marsh and who's already on Roshar there is no-one else I would care to see on Roshar.

I'm sad to say but at 23 Tamora pierce remains one of my favourite authors to date. I would recommend her books to anyone.

After I had read Mistborn and Warbreaker I noticed Hoid, thought he was just a cameo for one of his friends so I looked him up then found this site, lurked for ages, read WoR then joined.

At least they have restarted putting some effort into it. It shows that they really do care.

Mistings were known to be more experienced with there power than Mistborn. Perhaps Ferrings are the same except they can doze while storing, instead of falling completely asleep.

Yeah, I recommend watching the show just to see her amazing performance. @Reiveka: There are quite a few little plot holes yes, but I can forgive them because they are writing the bulk of the script as the show comes out. And because Tatiana Maslany is incredible. @Swimmingly: There are several scenes where she is one clone who for whatever reason needs to fool people into thinking she is another clone. Each time it happens it fools me then when it's revealed that it is another clone, I rewatch the scene and can see how that character influences the character they were pretending to be. Yes it does get quite convoluted but that is mostly to show off Tatiana's acting. At least it got renewed for a third season I want to learn about Castor and what happened to Helena.

She got full on smacked by a car and was up and about the next day. That's not normal. She should have broken at least some of her ribs. She knew that Helena was outside the house before she got hit by the car. She also knew that Cal was her father, no child is that intelligent.

If you aren't a fan of the show you're not a fan, but I'd suggest giving it another go just so that you can appreciate her amazing acting skills. Ummm, god yea. Whenever the clones are in the same room I get about half way through the scene then say " oh god. It's all one actor." Truly incredible the way she can make each character unique but still have them share certain characteristics. Which is your favourite? Mines Helena because she is bat-dung cray. I mean what she did to the main proleathian... that was scary.

David Eddings' books are fairly clean, so are Raymond E Feists', RA Salvatore's and Adrian Tchaikovsky's.

Breath and Stormlight seem quite similar, except that Breath sticks and Stormlight dissipates. If immortality can be achieved by having lot's of Breath then Stormlight should do the same thing, if it could be held perfectly then it should give immortality. Perhaps the Heralds were given the ability to hold Stormlight perfectly.

If Kelsier was Spiked into another person they wouldn't become Mistborn would they? Because without Mistborn powers Kelsier becomes somewhat useless.

What would happen to your personality if the Spike was left out too long? I'd definitely want to research that before I Spiked myself into another person.
