    We know that the spren some how Ties them selves to the spirit web of the Surge Binder and that is how they can breath stormlight and use surges in the first place. I assume that the actual part of the spren that is in the spirit web is what is removed. It would help if we knew what the spren actually did to the spirit web of there surgebinder.

    I always wondered about this in relation to how Preservation and ruins powers worked. We know that misborn and the like have a large amount of Preservations investiture and according to the WOB on metals they act as anons when burned. Telling preservation what power you want. And yet when Atium is burned it should trigger a request for the power of preservation using the solidified power of ruin.... And apparently the ruin side of that power does not go back to ruin or he would not have cared that they burned all the Atium. And we know via WOB that the power of allomancy once used goes back to preservation. So were mistborn a way to transition a shards power from one shard to another? On that note does the power lost in Hemalurgy just get lost? or does it some how end up in ruins possession after having been "converted" to hemalurgic charges? Lots of questions here about what was going on.

    This might actually be why he started the breeding program in Terris in the first place. Some twinborn challengers who were also his children tried to go Zeus on his Cronos and he had to kill his own very powerful children. If he almost lost when that happened he would be pretty dead set on making sure it did not happen again I think.

So then the lines here in places that I would put writing should be the woman's script of books in the Stormlight Archive. And we know that brandon dose enjoy putting in world stuff in things like this so wouldn't it be possible that these are in world notes of Navani's... On Fabriel? That would be something I would enjoy reading.

    Its worth note that it would be Like a Spren bond. Not a spren bond but like. You might get a sword. You might get surges. You might get Roshar based Anons. We don't actually know.

    I always thought that was gotten around by spiking them with there own spike. With there ability to heal back there bodies would instinctively use it to heal. This would also be how some one could burn a hemalugic spike... Which we still don't know what results this creates....

    I was sure that based off the epigraph and prolog references to them the Releasers special power had to do with something powerful enough that it made the very rock of a battle field "Smolder" more then likely a deconstruction of the shell of any object followed by the force to ignite it. Water is not flammable. But Hydrogen and oxogen sure are.

    I always thought Necrosil Alomancy/ Necrosil Feruchemy showed the most op potential. Why yes. I can flare anyones metals to dead in an instance an look at this. Investiture. Lots of it. Depending on how hacking other magic systems works with necrosil that could be infinit Stormlight/breaths for something like Nightblood so long as I'm compounding.

    DALENTHAS (15 OCTOBER 2008) Did the Lord Ruler have any Hemalurgic spikes in him? It would seem he'd need to for Ruin to influence him, but it wasn't mentioned. Or did his bracers work as spikes? BRANDON SANDERSON (16 OCTOBER 2008) His arm bracers, which pierced his skin, were his spikes. So reading theory land and I'm just going to note. They may indeed be metal minds. After all we know that he was able to use Gold Compounding which can heal damage to your spirit web and possibly restore your powers. If you spiked out and healed your own allomancy or feruchemy then Spike your self with your own spike that would make them stronger then they were just a moment ago. Your welcome. Now. Was he his own "Doner" or did he kill some people and take theirs?

    Its also worth note that depending on ones view point Physical relationships without Oaths and bonds to each other and Flipendant Philandering could be seen as dishonorable and counter to the intent of a certain important shard. While that may or may not have an effect on the Heralds it would certainly affect at least some of the Knights Radiant. Add in the whole heading back and forth too and from Supper Hell and it just does not seem likely for the majority of the characters in the Stormlight Archive.

    He could jump up and come down HULK SMASH style by compounding Pewter/Iron/Gold. Literally Hulk smash right through anything like its Tissue paper. Chew on that.

    Division There is a thing called a Fission reaction that seems like it would be really cool to manifest anywhere in anything.

    The whole point of compounding is that your filtering the usual power you get with your own allomany using feruchemical charges stored in the metal. That means that the mist can provide those charges in the first place. It just has to receive the right "Request" for them.

    It could be that shadesmar is there version of hyperspace as it were and all FTL ships are just large mechanically based World hoppers. No ones really mentioned that......

    Then Convert them. It was pretty easy for me because the Group I play with is use to WoD but I'm also making headway in my pathfinder and Savage worlds Gaming groups.

    Thats just it. Is that the pinnacle of there arts? Or is the mistborn a savant of somthing. Does shard plate block emotional allomancy? While we know that its hard its not impossible to push on shard blades and plate so what will that take. Is burning pewter enough investment to make it hard for a shard blade to "Cut" your skin?

    It really maters about the Situation, Terrain, Knowledge of each other, Etc. Mistborn have more powers and flexibility with them. A Knight Radiant has more raw strength. So it really becomes a mater of where and how they are fighting. Does the mistborn have access to southern Scadral Artifice? Does the Radian have a convenient source of investiture? This is by no means a one side smashes the other fight.

    I am also hopeful for this. As I have been reading Stormlight archive I have become more and more sure that they may have already existed at one point before odiums Arival. Roshar has a slightly Pern feeling to me that I rather love as I have not seen it well executed sense pern.

    I'm expecting that most forms of investiture can be imbued into objects. And as we know that the south has some kind of Allotech I'm looking forward to Mistplate. Because I am a Power armor Fan and I love to see anything like it. Shard Plate, Breath Plate (Because sorry vasher. Some one will figure it out again), Mist Plate, Anon Plate. Each of them is going to be similar with enhances strength speed and toughness. But that is where the similarities will end I expect.
