    Rishi hated being scolded and if there was one thing Gade would scold her for, it was for being late. The tavern part of the inn closed very late last night and on her way home, she distinctly remembered hearing noises in the direction of the town hall. She was so tired that she didn't have the energy to investigate the noise anymore, and so she hurried home thinking about her bed and how some people didn't seem to need as much sleep as she did. This morning, while hurrying to work, she felt a pang of guilt at seeing the remains of the Mayor strewn all over the town hall. The carnage was too horrific to forget, and she didn't think she can serve any slice of meat at the inn today without feeling nauseous. She observed the goings on with a blank expression, trying very hard not to retch at the smell, and as she slowly backed away, she felt a grip on her arm. Senna, the weaver, looked like she was about to faint, and she did her duty and helped the middle-aged woman regain her balance. However, work came first. And she left the woman as soon as she was able and hurried to the inn tavern to open for the day. The rumours alone will be enough to draw the crowds. She sighed. This was going to be another busy day. -- I vote Waes as Mayor, for being the first one to speak publicly. EDIT: color

    I don't really read the News much on my mobile after I saw what it looked like before. Yes, it looks much better now, but you can make the titles gray instead of black since it looks too bold and glaring, which doesn't really fit the look and feel of the mobile site. I'm also surprised that IPB didn't make their forum templates/modules responsive, considering that most people view stuff on the mobile these days. Thanks for fixing this!     I'd like to try what you're having BT. And incidentally, are you open to subcontracting your delightful brew to the Wafflesworn? We have the usual drinks, but yours look very colorful, and would be a nice addition to the menu.

    Perhaps, since we have a whole week to wait for Mailliw and Scholar's duel to start, we can open the arena to other would-be duelers in the meantime. A week is too long to go by without a bit of entertainment. *sharpens knives*

    The more possible referees, the better! I admit to feeling a bit of impartiality since I want to see the Scholar's blood flow and his limbs severed. I also know that the twin thrones will cheer him on. These thoughts. Let me just go back to my kitchen and make something to calm me down.

    Ah, Ashiok, I've missed concocting new recipes! I will certainly post some here. I'm in the mood for some waffles and sausages myself. *rifling through the recipe book* -- A Soulcast grain waffle. Good idea. Maybe a waffle after Pattern, but it might taste like lies.

    Thank you, for both the acceptance and the handicap. I honestly feel like a victim being given a headstart just so people can start shooting and hunting me down. Oh well. Rishi put down the mug of ale in front of a thug-looking visitor. The inn was packed today, and Gade's greed would not let him turn away a customer. They were shorthanded and now worked double shifts. She went and took some more orders before proceeding to the kitchen in her usual swaying walk, eyes following her as she went. No matter, she thought, thinking about the tips she will earn at the end of the day.

    There is already a thread for RP profiles, and the powers described there should be followed when duelling. On the referee side, 2 referees minimum should be assigned if one ref is from the dueler's clan. Otherwise, one referee should suffice, so long as he or she comes from a neutral clan. Only reason why we have four refs in this duel is because both Elsa and Delightful wanted to referee. This should be fun to watch.
