Ash, if you play differently than how you've been playing so far, people will be more suspicious of you. Lol. It's just a good thing there were no misdirection devilry courtesy of Shiv this game. -

Well, there must be something about Radiants that allow them to withstand hangovers. That orange drink the Famed *cough* Gamin was downing was the same drink she drank yesterday that put her to sleep all day. She still can't believe the scamp was a Radiant, or that the smuggler is! Maybe he'll lower his prices now. She went back to the kitchen to see a batch of fish which was brought by none other than the Famed Scamp Radiant. Hmmm, he IS useful after all. We must prepare this for breakfast tomorrow. -

What an interesting turn of events! That Full Lash will be completely wasted on a darkeyed villager like me. One hour left and I just woke up so maybe some RP is in order. I'm sorry I couldn't offer more valid arguments for Gart. He was a nonposter on Day 1. He wanted to "recruit" Metam to his religion on Day 2. Day 3, he voted for Metam but not to jump on the bandwagon. Day 4, he voted for Aladdin. That's really not much to go on. And one hour left! Must write something fast. "Madame! Wake up! I've been hearing your name accused and whispered in suspicion!", the loyal tavern maid said to the sleepy innkeeper. Quis sat up, rubbing her eyes. Someone must have sold her badly mixed wine. Her head was killing her! "What time is it?", she said, grabbing a hairbrush by the nightstand and started to brush her tresses. "It's near closing, Madame." Sighing, Quis got up, went to a washstand and quickly fixed herself. Happy hour, and she still had a hangover. Fun. She went out to the tavern in her usual red garb, surveyed the tavern guests, and grabbed a mug. Banging the mug on the counter, she shouted to all, "It's happy hour, everyone! One round on us, and half price on your next drinks until closing!" She sat down after doing this and rummaged for some of that imported juice she bought from Wurum. A good remedy, that. She saw some people staring at her suspiciously, and she felt a flutter of fear. Being an innkeeper wasn't easy. Revelry can sometimes take its toll, and she knew she hadn't been much help in finding that last Skybreaker. It's high time she do her bit to help and set her girls spying tomorrow. -

Looking at the tally, I can see that I'm your best bet for getting a tie Gart. I like that I've been defended in this cycle by other players while I've been away and busy, and though I'm grateful, I'm also embarrassed at how badly I've not been paying attention. I'm voting for you primarily because voting someone else to effect a tie is so Eliminator. If I was an Eliminator in this game, I would be more active. Not paying attention until somebody votes for me to get lynched is not the way Team Evil rolls methinks. -

I understand there are really only three ways I can prove my innocence at this point: One is to get lynched and be proven so. The second is to get scanned by Gamin, who I'm pretty sure has more interesting and suspicious players that he can put his attention to. The third is to get killed by the SB. I really didn't have time to play which is my fault entirely for not backing out at the last minute. I wanted to be more active this game but unfortunately, my business took too much of my time, and the few minutes I could steal were just spent reading the posts. No time at all to sit down and start analyzing anything, which makes posting pointless if there's nothing at all for me to contribute. So to Gart: No, I am not a Skybreaker. I may have looked suspicious due to my being online, but I guess you know how it is. I open 17th, I start reading, then I leave it open while I deal with real life stuff. Then I'd look suspicious because people see me online and not posting. Also, you don't think I've done anything wrong but still think me suspicious? How does that work out exactly? -

Currently catching up. Went offline for a time (to rest). Posting here because I saw my name in red when I scanned the posts. Haven't read enough to comment for now, except, that as much as I want to be Team Evil, the fates have not made it so. I can't really defend myself more than that primarily because I have not been in touch with a single person in the game via PM's received (zero), and I didn't send a PM last cycle. I seriously need to sit down and read the posts. -

If we're being transparent about number of messages received, list me down for zero received, one message sent to Mallaw. Just because I wanted to express my rage for being killed quickly in the last game because of his general evilness let him know that at least I survived my first game so that kind of evens things up a bit for me. *clap clap* Good job to the Squire or WR who targeted Wurum! That most certainly worked out, and Jeno was a nice surprise. -
I have never understood why memes became so popular. They may be pretty pictures with a witty message, but all in all, they take up a lot of space for so little value. But I guess, ponies can't really express themselves if there are no picture of their hooves up there.

Rent??? You ask the Lords of Chaos to pay rent when we should be the one collecting! How audacious of you to assume this Panda.

I want to just say thank you to Wyrm for the vote of confidence and the explanation on my behalf. I am very busy, as he said, doing workshops across the country and the last days have been particularly exhausting. For example, I got back to my hotel 5 hours ago after being on the road for 14 hours straight, then training for a whole day. First thing I did was open my tab to this game to see what has happened, saw some suspicions thrown on my name, and was going to respond, but fell asleep. Mind is willing, but the body is weak. Just woke up and saw more suspicions thrown, which as early as now I would say as wrong because I'm just an innkeeper on the side of Good. The only reason I can offer Maill for responding to Wyrm's initial accusation right away is that like any player, I would defend when threatened. It just so happened I was available at the time, stopped my driver just to respond (which puzzled him till now), and still didn't have any information at all to comment prior to that point. I did say I sent one message and that is just to reach out Faisan (Aonar). Why him? I thought against it at first, because of his general team evilness in the last game, but I was inclined to reach out to experienced players. I thought Meta, Gamma and Wyrm would be assailed with messages so I chose Aonar. Seems that I should have chosen Meta instead. I don't know how people can just jump to conclusions without a lot of information. I do try to take time to play eventhough it's hard to find the time, but I don't know that I can apply complicated math on my messages, or even analyze and theorize with what little data I have at this point. Besides, lynching the hand that feeds the town at this point and provides, eherm, entertainment, is very unwise, don't you think? -

I think there's still value in using Jerric's security system because we're not revealing everything anyway. And we won't really know how useful it is until we test it out. It'd be exciting to see whether it really will help some. -

Ah Wyrm, that's because I prefer to get emailed responses and forgot to follow the last cycle so almost missed the deadline(on the follow), the thread is open in any one of the devices (on the lurking), am on the road, and I get a little dizzy when typing a response since the car I'm in doesn't deal well in bumpy roads (on the non posting). (have asked my driver to stop) I understand voting for the inactive lurker is fairly common, however, I did notice it doesn't yield Team Evil kills as well as we'd all hope. I'm by far the most ordinary innkeeper in this game, have not received messages at all. Sent out one though, albeit cutting it too close to the deadline because of my infernal traveling. (Sorry about that, GM!) Jerric's idea is very ingenious. I like that sort of tracking system, but I also believe activity here in the thread will better help us in tracking down the Skybreakers. If I do receive a message and I post it here and scrub out the name, how does it help anyone? I think if the message is fairly important, and suspicion is high, transparency is a better option. I won't vote for anyone yet and will do once I'm settled in. Quis tapped her lips as she reviewed her books and sales from yesterday. Well well. Bad news can be good news after all. She hadn't had this much sales in quite a bit of time. She thought maybe the idea of impending doom makes people want to forget. To be merry, to drink, to laugh (even fakely), to live a little bit more. She thought of that scamp, the little kid who murmurs achievements too unbelievable for anyone to take seriously, and thought that he disappeared right after eating. Too bad, she thought. She needed a runner. She looked around at the new faces, the new "regulars", and smiled. Perhaps she can give Reginar a bonus. His news brought customers to her almost bankrupt inn. As she directed her tavern girls, she noticed something scratched at the far wall of her tavern. "What the---", and sighed. Three scratches on the wood. Vandals. Oh well, she'll have enough money to get that repaired soon enough. EDIT: blue -

Quis looked around tiredly at the tavern. Customers were abundant today and it should've made her happy, but instead it couldn't dispel the dark mood that has settled from the time Reginar announced what may be the worst thing that ever happened in this town. She was not a stranger to killings, but she knew Paliadin, and it saddened and angered her that someone, regardless of power, took it in himself to kill a member of the town. There was a blanket of dread in the room, and her girls' smiles couldn't take it away. Bad business. And she doesn't even know who these Skybreakers are. She looked around. Everyone looked suspicious at the moment, but there has to be some way for her to slip a message in to someone. She walked behind the counter and started writing her message, folded it and slipped it between her bosom. Then putting on a smile for the customers, walked out to the tavern room and interacted with everyone again. -
I run a small company that does training and deployment work in schools for Google for Education on the one hand, and on the other do business intelligence work for retail and healthcare. Workshop tours and training events means I'm traveling most times, but when home, I work from home so I can spend more time in the kitchen. I wish I can say my job is a cook, because I am most comfortable when concocting new recipes. I would agree with most people here on education and software development. They rock.

The Cellar lives. From where Quismet was standing, her observant eyes saw the scrawny boy pick the pocket of a random stranger. She chuckled. Oh how she remembered those days when she used to do the exact same thing. She smiled at the newcomers, dispersing her girls to the customers who need a little more care. One man in a corner looked to be waiting for someone or something...so she ordered one of her girls to ensure that the man's doom and gloom mood is lifted. She looked back at observing the boy in a corner of her eye and she can see him observing her. She smiled. He must be hungry. It doesn't look like that was a fat pocket there earlier. She knew for sure that she wouldn't have attempted to pick that man's pocket at all. Experience on the streets had taught her to discern the better marks from those who would just waste her effort and charm. Whispering to Rishi, one of her tavern maids, she ordered the boy brought to the back of the tavern to be cleaned and fed. He appeared to be mumbling to himself and she had seen those symptoms before. Hunger can addle the brains, especially of someone that young. Maybe she can find a use for him. An errand boy, perhaps? She went back to her work and dismissed the boy from her mind. For now. -

Thank you Voidus. You are welcome in the Wafflesworn kitchen as well. My Accepted will be quite happy to have someone new to play with. I'm sure you will have some new...recipes...you would like to share. It's been a while since I've seen something new in the guilds. Just beware of the spice when you play. I wouldn't want to see a QuiteVoidus running around the forums. -

This looks like it should be under the Lords of Chaos to me. I absolutely approve of the murder...ahem...cookies, being a fan of the culinary arts myself. Does enslaving a fellow Sharder count as a qualification? Does stabbing someone in the back with a butcher knife be considered? Does serving food sprinkled with Wafflerasium (the secret ingredient to sentient Waffleborn) a requirement? (I feel that LeftInch/LeftVash will appear here soon) The dark alleys may not work for me, because I wear white all the time. I'd look like a shining beacon in the dark alley, luring the innocent with the delicious smell of homemade waffles...and oh okay, cookies. I would love to feed on the screams of pain and torture of the innocents. -

I would sign up now if I haven't already, just to do that back and forth RP with The Famed Gamin. As it is, I have to settle with taking care of the scamp behind the tavern in drinking downtimes. -
Firstly, the forger of the Scadrian Waffle Cook rep is not the Lord Chaos, but the Chief Waffle Leader, Captain of the Pirate Monkeys - Shivertongue. Secondly, why deny the magnificence of the Waffle? We are not here to take over. We chefs love other dishes, too. We just adore the waffle more. You are a forever honorary member of The Wafflesworn, Quiver. You can feel the call of the syrup storm now.
-
Sweet Scadrian Waffles! I officially welcome you to The Wafflesworn family, Quiver. I knew you'd get to that honorary post one day. And in case you get upvoted and move to another rep, I took a screenshot.

Nyahahahahahahahaha! Face it, Quiver. At some point, you will become an honorary member of the Wafflesworn. I warned you about this. Welcome!
