So what started out as a typo (talking about how long inquisitors love live) nearly a year ago has brought me to this. Just in time for the Holiday, enjoy these Mistborn Valentines Day Cards! See all of my Valentine's Day Cards here. See a PDF of printable, foldable versions of these cards here. It was a lot of fun making these, and I will probably do some more in the future. Maybe some Stormlight Archives Valentines? We'll see! If you have any ideas, please send me an email and let me know.

  7. "Divulging such information at this time would not be wise, I think. However, I do support the idea of you sharing the information with one or two individuals that you trust. Then, you may disclose the names of those that you shared the information with to the group as a whole, in case they turned out to be traitors after all. It would be best if you waited until tonight, after the vote, before you divulged anything, I think." EDIT: "And I do see the wisdom in targeting the less-active members of our group. Perhaps they would like to take the chance to defend themselves?"
  8. "But, Master Dyring, if Lord Peng were to give us the names of the people he trusted, surely the inquisitor would target those very people next. Truly, and rightfully, it would be better if he withheld information from the group, and only told us the names of the people he suspected, I think."
  9. Herwynbe looked around disconsolately at the growing crowd. His eyes were bloodshot and had dark bags underneath. He had intended to stay up all night, watching over Lady Cessie's door, but eventually exhaustion had overtook him and he had slept a little. That was two nights in a row that he had slept curled up on the rough wooden floor, and his body ached. But it was nothing compared to the guilt he felt inside over Master Shimble's death. His gaze drifted back to the message scrawled on the wall. He found no humor in it. "'We should be dead instead,'" he quoted, reading the words in red ink, "There is truth in that, I think." OOC: I'm still in favor of following Peng's lead. Hopefully when the seeker(s) and the new misting get in touch with him he'll have a good idea of who to suspect.
  10. Herwynbe staggered back, head reeling from all the debates, as well as the realization of what his one little vote had started. Several accusatory glares turned his way. "Uh... oops?" OOC: Well... crap. Although, even though Shimble wasn't the inquisitor, he DID kill Ffnord the first night, which made me quite sad. I miss your hidden messages Ffnord! They always made me smile. I know which power I would go for if I was the inquisitor, but I'm not going to say anything, because I don't want to give it any ideas.
  11. Just for everyone's benefit, I have made a list of all those who are making lists of the voters. The current list of listmakers is as follows: AonarFaileas (not updated) Little Wilson Aether Metacognition (not updated)
  12. I find it discouraging that, despite the time extension, our Mistborn, on whom we are staking so much, hasn't yet logged back in. It's been over 16 hours. :\
  13. Well, regrettably, despite it only being noon, I must call it a night. I find it very noteworthy that multiple people have voiced suspicions of Shimble. I, too, have suspected him since as early as Day 1. As such, I am changing my vote from "vote nobody" to Shimble. If others decide to vote with me, that is well and good, if not, then my vote will not likely mean much anyway. OOC: Besides, by Shimble saying "I don't think killing me is a good idea for our side. I'll leave it at that, Peng can confirm why if he trusts you" he has all but guaranteed that the inquisitor will be targeting him tonight anyway. If he's going to die, and he DOES in fact have a power, might as well not give the inquisitor a chance to use it.
  14. And you are right, there are some very good reasons why Peng should NOT disclose any information. However, the information he has disclosed (and I quote, "I don't have very good reasoning for wes's death.") leaves something to be desired. If he were to say "I have my reasons, but I do not wish to disclose them, and I still vote for Wes" then I would happily vote along with him. If, however, Peng does not have any reasons to suspect anyone, others of us have voiced suspicions of other players and we do have reasons for our suspicions. Peng might want to listen to them before casting his vote. (For example, I can't help but notice that two of us, independently, have voiced suspicion for Swimmingly (Shimble Leice). That ought to count for something, I would think).
  15. Aonar, you have my gratitude for the list. I, too, have gone through the posts in order to make a list, and my count is the same as yours. While I support the idea of following Peng's decisions, the arguments of those who disagree with him have persuaded me. I find that I cannot rightfully and truthfully follow someone who, by his own lips, has admitted that he does not have any good reason for his judgement. It is my belief that there are several among us who have acted suspiciously, and others among us who have called them out on it. It would not be wise to ignore these observations, I think. Therefore, at this time I choose to withhold my vote. Lord Peng knows my role, and knows that I have not lied about it. Perhaps the logic and actions of myself, and others, will cause him to reconsider his vote to kill Wes. I will continue to follow the thread until the last minute, in case there are any further developments. EDIT: I do not like how this has developed so far, and I really do not like that we have heard so little from our Mistborn since he gave his vote. I hate to do it, because it may annoy people who do not want the game drawn out, but Metacognition, I officially request an extra 12 hours for the day. Hopefully that will give Peng enough time to get back on and either give us some better reasoning (Bartbug you can plug your ears and hum) or be swayed by reasoning of the group.
  16. I am withholding my vote for now, in the hopes that we will hear again from our Mistborn before the day is done. Speaking of which, exactly when does the day end? The write up was a few hours late, so will the day go a few hours longer? I don't really care one way or the other
  17. you have to admit Kurkistan, that picture IS pretty convincing. "While it agree that we should all support Peng's vote, I do not agree that we should do so without discussion. Yes, Peng's judgement can be trusted, but there are about 25 of us who can also be trusted. With all of us discussing who we are suspicious of, and why we hold those suspicions, it will greatly increase the likelihood that we will discover the inquisitor's manipulation and lies, I think. Then, after some discussion has been had, Peng may use our discussion, as well as the knowledge that only he is privy to, to make his decision, and we should then follow him."
  18. "Lord Peng, might I ask why you suspect Master Wes? We know that we can trust you, and therefore, it would be beneficial if we knew your reasoning, I think. As for myself, my suspicions lean towards Kukri or Shimble Liece. Both of them, while vocally going along with the group, have seemed, to me, to also be trying to sow the seeds of distrust, as well as create circumstances that the inquisitor can capitalize on. My apologies to whichever one of them, or both of them, that I am mistaken about."
  19. "There is another reason why it became prudent to start the killing last night, I think. With the inquisitor among us, we knew that somebody would, unfortunately, be killed. Whether it has one corpse to work with, or three, it still can only convert one person per night. The primary reason we stalled yesterday was, hopefully, to take away the chance for the inquisitor to convert someone last night. Now that the killing has begun, there will be no stopping it, I fear."
  20. A pile of colorful, but dirty, rags shifted in the corner of the room. The rags- Terris robes actually- unfolded to reveal a haggard looking Herwynbe. "What is the reason for all this shouting?" He mumbled, holding his head. He normally wasn't one to drink- he knew he didn't hold his alcohol well- but being forced to watch as Lady Cessie reveled and cavorted with those scoundrels. And then the singing! If Cessie's father ever learned about the the words that had been coming out of his daughter's mouth, or about the partying, or well- needless to say Herwynbe would be short one job, and maybe one head, too. That's when he had asked the bartender for a drink, something strong. The alcohol didn't last long enough, so he'd asked for another. Had he asked for a third? He couldn't remember. The night was a hazy blur. He seemed to vaguely remember dancing on a table... With Gamon? While Cessie and Shiv danced on another table? Herwynbe pushed the thought down, praying to the forgotten gods that it had been a nightmare and not a memory. Gradually the gist of the conversation seeped through the haze over his mind. Three people killed? A message? Looking up he found the message, and squinting, he was able to make it out. His face paled as he read the words. "Bartender, I think I need another one of whatever you gave me last night." I don't think that everyone PMing their roles to Peng is a good idea. I believe him, and 2 or 3 people (depending on whether Kukri or bartbug is also the tineye) have confirmed his Coinshot target for last night, but I'm nervous about what the inquisitor can/can't do. It would really suck if it could peek at other people's PMs. However, if you feel comfortable revealing your role to Peng, go ahead. And we DO really need the seeker(s) to talk to Peng (assuming he did show up as Mistborn when seeked) and start building a coalition. EDIT: That being said, I just PMed my role to him. @Peng- be careful about disclosing people's roles to anyone else. The inquisitor's best tactic now is to PM you a fake roll (like "plain villager") and/or try to spike someone in your circle of trust.
  21. Herwynbe, for his part, looks less distraught at the news of the poison than he does at the sight of Cessie fraternizing with the obviously disreputable Shiv. He keeps his mouth shut though.
  22. I would be happy to do that. It will probably take a while, as I have a couple of projects I'm working on at the moment.
  23. It would be best if you did not disclose your target to the public, I think. We would not want your plans disrupted by an over-zealous lurcher, or, even worse, by the inquisitor.
