He was in the void. Summon wasn't sure how he knew that. He had certainly never been here before but it was the void all the same. For a brief moment he entertained thoughts that he might have been chosen to return. But no, there was no call to go back, just the constant urge to move on. To where, he had no idea. Besides, he'd had a long enough life already. Far more than most could ever hope for. Summon didn't regret that he'd tried. He was proud of himself for dying in an attempt to make life better for his own people. There were far worse things to die for. He also couldn't seem to find much resentment for the remaining Pahn Kahl. Their agreement had been out of mutual survival, not trust. He felt they made the wrong choice but that was their path to walk. He took one last look over his shoulder. There wasn't anything more behind him than there was in front but the gesture felt appropriate for his final goodbye to a world that had given him much. With that, he took his first step towards what came next. Whatever that would be.

I'm from the US, Texas to be exact. Another good place to look for where people are from is the Events, Signings, and Stalkings section. A lot of people announce their locations during the signing tours either to indicate they will be at one of the stops or to complain about how Sanderson won't be coming to their corner of the world.

A quick google search indicates it is "The Fault in Our Stars", a book I've seen referenced around here quite a bit. Think I'll have to look into it some time

Come to think of it... knightblood reminds me a lot of HK-47. Case in point: "Statement: Indeed, I am most eager to engage in some unadulterated violence. At your command of course, Master." This was one of my favorite quotes: "Statement: I have already learned a great deal, master, and I am anxious to learn more of lying, betrayal, and new ways to harm innocents." And this one sounds like he would be good friends with Lift: "Observation: I am awesome." I'll stop now... just agreeing with Chaos that he was one of the best star wars characters ever.

That gave me flashbacks of Knights of the Old Republic. HK-47 was such an entertaining droid. Anyone else? No? Okay then.
