  1. Are you proposing just lashing Parshendi straight down and using the added power of duralumin to just instantly flatten them against the ground? If not, I feel like a duralumin lashing straight up would send someone into space, unfortunately avoiding the pancake stage.
  2. Also, how did Anakin get burned? Couldn't he have just stored heat into his bronzeminds? Wait, now that I think of it he could have just been compounding gold the whole time.
  3. Compounds Aluminum: Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me! Compounds Copper: I remember everything so vividly! It's amazing! It's so... and, it's gone. Compounds Iron: "Hey, Timmy! You see that huge crater over there? That used to be Elendel! That's when your Uncle, the Iron Compounder, commit suicide!" Compounds Bendalloy: I can't see my feet! Where are my feet?! Ugh, storing this up again is going to take forever. Compounds Cadmium: I'm Aquaman! OR "Mommy? Can I be a fish when I grow up?" "Sure you can, sweetheart!"
  4. Okay, here’s my Aon Ashe pumpkin. It refuses to not go sideways. Just pretend it’s glowing.
  5. Umm... not quite. They went through a little bit less than 50-60 alloys.
  6. I can see you are very deep in thought.
  7. When you start accidentally calling your Uncle “Hunky Kay”. Then when you think that’s awesome and start calling him that from then on.
  8. No, it's theoretically possible for a Fullborn to be born naturally. The only reason that it doesn't occur in modern (read Era 2) times is that the statistical probability is so low as to make it nigh impossible. Twinborn is still incredibly rare, but likely enough to happen on a regular basis.
  9. Then maybe I should downvote you instead...
  10. I would upvote that, except I'm scared it'll change the honorific.
  11. I don't think so. A ferring is a feruchemist but a misting isn't a Mistborn. The word "feruchemist" is just used to describe one who uses/can use Feruchemy.
  12. I think you underestimate the Sanderfans and 17th Sharders. I can imagine it now... "Oh my gosh, he's working on 'Untitled Short Story'! Okay, we know it's short, so it can't be Nightblood, Azlitanian, Dark One, SA 4, Mistborn Era 2 4,... 8 HOURS LATER ... which means it is obviously Death by Pizza! Wait, no, that's not right... let's try this again..."
  13. Same. I've been here before, but I must have forgotten because I saw the title with a recent post and all my common sense went out the window.
  14. Nice to see you here! Have an upvote! Word of advise: avoid the cookies. Or any baked goods, really. And the Dark Alley. Don't be lured in.
  15. So, Ruin can directly control armies of spiked at a time, if they have enough spikes. Could Odium or other Shards do the same?
  16. Neat. Theoretically possible is all I needed. I wasn't clear, though. I was thinking more of this happening during Era 1. And on the other thing I was asking was if there is a proper (or widely accepted) term for a full feruchemist other than "Keeper".
  17. Don't know if this is already common knowledge or whatever, so here goes nothing: We know that in Allomancy and Feruchemy, getting powers are an all or nothing thing. You're a misting or Mistborn, a ferring or Keeper (what's the proper term for full Feruchemist?). My question is this: is it possible to be a Mistborn and a ferring, or a Keeper and a misting? Thanks.
  18. So what you're saying is that because the interference isn't another Investiture, but your own history, storing Identity doesn't solve the problem. I think that makes sense. You're probably right. However, in that case I'm moving my vote to what @Calderis said. Storing/tapping connection would probably get the effect I was thinking of earlier.
  19. I actually agree with Shqueeves. From what I understand, (correct me if I’m wrong) storing Identity would, if only while you stored it, make you a sort of clean slate for Forgery. What you are suggesting is that somehow, although having no personal identity (that was built through past experiences) you still have a history. That would mean a soul stamp would say something like, “... he was proud, and then no longer existed as himself, then was extra himself, then ate a cookie he found in a dark alleyway.” Sorry for the rambling (and probably incoherent) post, it’s late and I’m tired.
  20. No, no, you're mixing magic systems, see? Aon Ashe is an Elantrian magic from Sel, while Radiants are an organization of Surgebinders fro... *awkward silence of realization* Oh, I see what you did there, very clever!
  21. Errr... no. There was a shocking lack of unicorn masks. That’s awesome! I love the Shy Guy! I carved an Aon Ashe into my pumpkin because I thought it would be so awesome to have a jack-o-lantern with a glowing Aon Ashe in the center. I’m not at all artistic, but it’s still pretty great (I think). I’ll post a picture when I can. That is amazing. I don’t ever quote him, but I geek out about his stuff a ton. A ton. The most I’ve ever memorized was Numuhukumaki’aialunamor. And it’s pronounciation. It makes me so happy whenever I go around saying it for no reason. The same could not be said for the people around me.
  22. I was on a flight from Salt Lake and Brandon was in the plane! I got a picture with him and gave him my email! Disclaimer:
  23. Ohmygoodness that sounds amazing! I want it.
