Rollover is going to be delayed a couple of hours. It will now be at 9 PM EST. I'm planning on keeping that time for rollovers, as I believe it works better for all parties involved.

The camp was mostly quiet, huddled together for warmth. Kally muttered, "Where'd Rogiv get off too." Rogiv, who had just arrived at the campfire, glared at her. Logmul saw this as an opportunity to wreak chaos. "Yeah, Rogiv is clearly suspicious! He was the last one to show up, so that makes him the culprit!" Caccoo Moreau knew something was wrong. Logmul had never been that bloodthirsty before. Thinking quickly, he sprayed Logmul using his trusty acid gun. Logmul spluttered, and shouted, "Taht saw kceh eht tahw?" Joel sprung into action, and stabbed the Forgotten. A flash of white light emitted from Logmul's eyes, and then he fell dead to the floor. The other soldiers, couldn't believe what had happened. One of their own had been possessed? Joel grimaced. "If there's one of them, there's bound to be more. Quick, search his tent for clues." Unfortunately, they found nothing in Logmul's tent, save for the lifeless body of Loren Menza and a Crab he had been tinkering on. For your information, you have to submit grabbing items as an action in your role PM.

The camp groggily got to their feet, while the snowstorm started to intensify. Boots trampled the frozen grass, as the soldiers attempted to understand their situation. One of their own had been murdered. Logmul had passed out after seeing the body, and the early risers were helping her to her feet. The snow had thankfully put out the barracks fire, but the damage was done. Acid had leaked onto most of the camp’s chalk supply, leaving them with pitiful resources. The platoon considered marching back to headquarters, but the storm put a damper on that plan. Already snow was beginning to accumulate on the ground. They huddled together trying to keep warm. No one could deny that there was a murderer among them, and suspicions began to run rampant. It wouldn’t be long before someone died next. Camp Supply: Welcome to the game. Please note that I have changed the Thief's win condition to obtaining four unique items to better accommodate for the amount of players. This cycle will end on Saturday April 6th, at 7:00 PM Eastern Time. Here's a timer Player List:

I'm closing sign-ups now. Role PMs and Cycle 1 will be going up shortly.

That is correct.

Slight problem. We don't have enough players. This game needs at least twelve players, and was designed for fifteen players in mind. We only have eight currently. Unfortunately, this means that the game is getting delayed. We'll wait until more players die in the Long Game some more spammers are banned. Estimated start time is now April 4, 7 PM Eastern Time.

The watchman shivered, desperately trying to rekindle his campfire. The wood was too cold and damp for his efforts to have any effect, and he groaned in anger. It had been like this for days. He was tired of the cold, tired of the snow, tired of this hard life on the front lines. As if to mock him, he felt a snowflake brush against his cheek. He swore to the Master. A breach in the circle would mean certain disaster. He grabbed his lantern, and grimaced. It was leaking. Spares were hard to come by, so he decided to keep using the shoddy light source, at least for tonight. The watchmen patrolled the perimeter, looking for any breaks. He was almost done, when he realized something odd. He hadn't seen a single Wild Chalkling. Normally there would be at least half a dozen scouts checking for any weak spots, and yet he hadn't seen any. He considered reporting it, when something reached around his throat. He didn't even have a chance to respond before his neck was deftly snapped. As he fell to the ground, his lantern exploded on the ground. Flames quickly followed the trail of oil it had been leaving behind. His killer whirled around, as the flames quickly ran towards the lantern's usual position, the camp's commissary. The cabin erupted into flame, immolating much of the camp's supplies. As the platoon rallied to save what little they could, the Forgotten slipped among them. Soon enough, one of the soldier's would find the poor watchmen's body, and then the killing would start. The camp didn't realize it yet, but most of them wouldn't be surviving the night. Welcome to Mid-Range 34: Death by Lantern Light. This is a re-run of Mid-Range 27, and is set in the Rithmatist universe. I'm your GM, Sart, and @Seventh Saint is our Impartial Moderator. Ruleset: The game will be staring on Thursday, March 28, at 7:00PM Eastern Time. Here's a timer Player List: Quick Links:

Quick Fix Game 36/Anonymous Game 5: Dream Thieves
Sart replied to Steeldancer's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Mwahaha, all according to plan... Is what I wish I could say. Seriously, I got super lucky. After not doing much of anything for three cycles, I jumped into a body with a gun. By a weird set of coincidences, I thought Dingo was Kangaroo's murderer, and so I killed them. And then, because I split Dingo's phones with Tuatara, I learned he was the other killer, and killed him to get the rest of the loot. I didn't think that would win me the game! Heck, I thought he was going to shoot me, and only shot him so all of our items would be redistributed. Everyone else was making these super intricate plans, but I just got lucky with both of my kills. Also, I'm pretty sure Azure Mouse's phone was cursed. Day 1: Azure Mouse gets lynched, and the phone goes to Sage Kangaroo. Day 2: The phone lies dormant, lulling Sage Kangaroo into inactivity. Day 3: The phone mind controls Sage Kangaroo, forcing him to pass it to Melon Dingo. To cover its tracks, it has Chartreuse Penguin kill Sage Kangaroo. Day 4: Amethyst Scorpion calls the phone, and mistakes the call's recipient for Sage Kangaroo's murderer. In retaliation, Amethyst Scorpion shoots Melon Dingo. At the same time, the phone beckons the Gods of Luck and Chaos, and makes Cream Tuatara kill Melon Dingo. Day 5: The cursed phone is picked up by Cream Tuatara, which lets Amethyst Scorpion know of his identity. Amethyst Scorpion kills Cream Tuatara to get the rest of Melon Dingo's loot. The phone now lies dormant in my possession. I shudder at what might happen to me. -

It's about time for me to join a game, signing up. -
It looks like Joseph is walking home with the gold. He's summoned a huge swarm of chalklings, and Matist is buckling under the pressure. That won't do. Matist is going to surrender the match. What a disappointing ending! Wait, did his eyes just glow white? Probably just a trick of the light. But wait... Matist is drawing at twice the speed now! Something's lit a fire under him. He has surrendered to our agent. He's survived Joseph's assault. He's still in the match. I've never seen such beautiful Rithmatics! My goodness, Matist was truly holding back this whole time! He's eliminated Joseph! What a wonderful display of strength. The humans never had a chance. With people like him in our forces, I'm sure the Forgotten don't stand a chance. Congratulations to Matist Rist, our winner. You will be a useful tool for the Forgotten. And of course, a congratulations for all our competitors. Yes, of course. They will be excellent food. And with that, the game is over. Congrats to "Droughtbringer" for winning. Here is the link to the dead doc. Here is the link to the master spreadsheet.

Neither competitor is giving any ground. Tom, at this point in the game, strategy reigns supreme. Who will successfully read their opponent? Both players are up to the task, but only one will take home the crown. This round, and the game, will end on January 19th, at 4:00PM EST. Player List:

Ron, there's only three Rithmatists left, and I think Rogiv is feeling the pressure. He was doing so well taking out, but his reactions have seemed sluggish lately. And it doesn't take much to end your chances here. A Line of Vigor has broken through his circle. He's out! Only two competitors remain. Will it be Joseph Watson taking home the cup, or will it be Matist Rist? There's only one way to find out. Let's see how our finalists play this out. This round will end on Friday, January 18th at 4:00PM EST. As a reminder, Round 9 will be the last round. If a winner is not decided by that point, the living player with the most kills is the winner. Good luck to both of you. Player List:

Ron, it looks like we've got a stalemate on our hands. With only four players left, it's tough to get a solid hit on anyone. Don't be so hasty Tom. If you look at Tahrie's circle, you can see that a weak spot has developed. You're right! And if someone takes advantage of that, she's out. Tahrie is trying to draw chalklings, but oh! Just like that, Tahrie goes down. I'm not sure who sent that Line out, but they have got to be feeling good about themselves. And with that, we're down to three. This round ends on Thursday, January 17th at 4:00PM EST. Good luck. Player List:

All people who attack a person the round that they die. Making a person lose an extra life does not count as a kill. In your GM PM, I have said "You have eliminated" or "You have killed" your target to mark your kills. If your attack fails for whatever reason, I will respond that your target remains standing. To clarify the matter. I will be sending the remaining players the number of people they have eliminated.

Ron, things are heating up. Logmul is displaying excellent form. Notath looks like he's in trouble now. Notath is opting for a strong offense here, but nothing is getting through. Logmul's Taylor defense is just too strong! Logmul gets in the finishing blow! Notath is knocked out of the game. Take a closer look Tom. Logmul has also been knocked out! Notath was acting as a distraction, while an ally took out Logmul Outstanding strategy, but it still resulted in his elimination. We're down to the final four. Who's going to take home the cup? It's hard to say, so I'm going to keep my eyes peeled. This Round will end on Wednesday, January 16th, at 4:00PM EST. Let's see who will rise to the top. Player List:
