Luckily I only had it for one night (last night) Hopefully. Also I don't think it was quite insomnia, I just slept poorly and it took me a while to fall into the caress of sleep

Were you the one who's parents wanna wait 9 months till uni for HRT? Also, oof (telling ur dad). But can't you tell both? Like tell ur mom now? Is your mom able to talk to your dad about it? Why doesn't he think you're trans? "I want to start HRT but I don't know if I'm ready to tell her that" you can either tell her now or wait. Maybe do small steps like chosen name? Idk. Or just everything now. *shrug* edit: hopefully my advice is good lol....
