  1. You know you’re a Sanderfan when you can’t see a stick without smirking to yourself in your head.
  2. Just painted up these Book of Mormon figures I got a while back at bookstores and birthday and stuff. The details were kind of blurred out of the box so I decided to prime them up and paint them. Some of the detail isn’t the best, but I feel like it’s a lot more interesting than it was originally. We got the Brother of Jared, who has a white glaze for lighting over part of him, cause the Hand of God is literally coming out of Heaven to touch the stones. Then there’s Captain Moroni and a Stripling Warrior. Have a nice week!
  3. Glad to have you here! Sanderson is definitely one of the best in my book. In fact, I am a S.I.M.P, and I would go as far to say that a lot of other people here are S.I.M.Ps too! Sanderdon Is My President.
  4. 2238 make it common knowledge that you’re the one who genetically engineer mosquitoes to be 3x bigger than they already are.
  5. I’ll take 137 spikes. I need to make an army of Hemalurgicaly advanced infantry to help with the these stupid Shades. How much for shipping to Threnody? I’m the one that tends to the horses, (or so they think) at Silence’s road stop.
  6. I will seek truth, with everything I have. Hello fellow Truthwatchers! One thing I don’t get is the whole 42 thing. What’s up with that?
  7. 2314, wear a Moash for President t-shirt. Yeah, that’ll do it. Just confront your pain and grow from it man.
  8. Do we know if Bondsmiths can have shardplate and shardblades? Like wielding their spren as the blade? The reason I’d like to know is I’m planing to kitbash some 3D printed Shardbearer miniature together to make one Radiant Shardbearer for each order. And I know the, wait, spoiler: but is that true for other Bondsmiths? I’m thinking if shardblades aren’t typical for a Bondsmith I can just put a battle hammer in its place. Also, as for the Stickmongers, (a meme-joke order of Knight Radiant based on Shallan’s interaction with a stick while trying to Soulcast it) what do you guys think the shardplate should look like on them? I’m thinkin matte white, with some basic brown stick patterns painted randomly around the armor. As for the shardblade on the Stickmonger, I’m think I’m just going to go with plain brown, like a stick, for the whole thing.
  9. Do you have any experience painting 3D printed miniatures? I mean the FDM 3D printers. Not the resin ones. Assuming I’d just be using regular PLA plastic filament.
  10. Hey guys! As you probably know by now, I’m a big Stormlight fan. I wasn’t involved with the Kickstarter so I’m pretty sure there’s no way for me to get the Generic pack 3D printable STLs.You know, the shardbearers, chulls, etc. So I’m wondering if anyone has some they could text to me. If someone preorders the STLs, and when fulfillment comes, they’d just give you a link to your backerkit pledge manager thing to download them over there. Needless to say, I didn’t make any sort of pledge, even if I did preorder something I probably wouldn’t be able to access them. If someone has info on whether I can buy them myself I will, but if that’s not possible, then Brotherwise isn’t making any money off of me buying their stuff, so if I can’t buy them myself, then maybe one of you could share your STL collection with me. My number is (580) 919-3208, if you’d want to help that would be appreciated. Thanks!
  11. Granted, but your armless and legless, instead of just missing one arm like your cousin. i wish for my own Perpendicularity. The Well of No Flight Chicken. (The Well is guarded by penguins I can mind control.)
  12. Bawk bawk! Eat beef before chicken! Bawk bawk baaaaaawk!
  13. Your wish is granted; you can now only access the Surges of the Stickmonger. I wish to be invisible except to only those I choose to be able to see me. Kind of like how a Radiant spren does.
  14. Yeah, that’s a good way to look at it. I feel like people (myself included) don’t realize the difference in the Shard’s Intent, and the Vessel’s Intent. Another question I’ve had rollin around in my head: What would happen if someone acquired enough Lerasium to use as a Metal Mind? Or are God Metals different? I was also watching a DSNX Q&A session, and someone got RAFO’d from asking if Crem, (which is mentioned as having a slightly metallic taste to it) has trace amounts of a God Metal in it. What do you think would happen to an Allomancer burning, say, Tanavastium?
  15. So do you guys think Cultivation would’ve done a better job resisting Ruin than Preservation did? Leras tried his hardest to work around Ati’s plans for Scadrial. I feel like one of the main points is that Preservation couldn’t combat Ruin the way another Shard could. There some synonyms of cultivation that I feel serve to back this. The ones I found are: culture, education, civilization, accomplishment, and refinement. These strike me as Ruin’s direct opposite, and with Cultivation not being as limited to, um, unpreserving as Preservation, I think that if Cultivation somehow came into contact with Ruin, she could beat him. Thoughts? Sorry, I think I stuck this under the wrong topic.
  16. So far as I’ve found you can only get the generic pack (Chulls, soldiers, shardbearers, etc.) of stls from the backerkit stuff. Unless someone has some of the files they’d like to share. I personally prefer the pre-supported versions of the figures.
  17. Someone with the surge of division would probably last pretty long. I was thinking maybe someone with the surge of illumination would last a decent while, on account of them being able to distract and misdirect the zombies. But eventually the zombies would probably learn and adapt to that.
  18. Yeah, I agree. Do you think Knights Radiant are too overpowered, or just really in tune with their planet’s Investiture?
  19. Yeah, that makes sense. If the plague was harmful to people, which Radiant order hypothetically would survive the longest?
  20. So how long would a Knight Radiant survive a zombie apocalypse? Assuming the zombies are just slower and somewhat less intelligent. The disease would be spread by bite, and it would be a brain bacteria sort of thing. The transformation into a zombie would only take about 15 seconds. Would the Stormlight healing of a Radiant be able to heal the body from the bacteria, or would it only slow the effects significantly? Which order of Radiant would last the longest? Also the Radiant would be at the point where they could summon their spren as something, but they don’t have their own shardplate yet, or that would be kind of a no-brainer. What say you?
