  1. The sight of spores broke Rayer out of his stupo, and he charged towards Ceru. He blew of the top of the vial and hurled it at Ceru, hoping to get some in his mouth or up his nose. Even a single spore would then grow to clog his throat.
  2. "Do you think you can hold it?" A normal person would immediately go and run towards the nearest sandwich. Ahh okay.
  3. Rayer does nothing, a little overwhelmed.
  4. Rayer remained frozen, unsure whether to attack or not.
  5. Rayer stumbles back and promptly freezes.
  6. "So... do we run or attack Ceru?"
  7. @Ookla The Story "No spores."
  8. Rayer nods slowly. Rayer pulls out two slings. @Ookla the Rubber Duck
  9. "Of course, we can ban stuff that's too overpowered. I'd say compounding or anything more is too much. Futhermore, in the battle I'll only use chromaturgy, and not the Metallic Arts." The Maw 6 eats the sandwich and your persuasion
  10. Malevolence found himself pulled through 10 dimensions to appear back outside the ship. In front of him was Sandy, holding a Bondsmith honorblade. "This one comes from a place known as the Battle for the Sandwich," he said. The sophon continued speaking through the drone. "We would like that."
  11. "But magic is also something that requires skill to use effectively, so I argue that it should be allowed. Besides, you could use the same argument that a monkey has an advantage because it has fur that can block far more hits than just skin."
  12. Rayer, frozen, stays where he is.
  13. Oh alright. I haven't read Bartimaeus. Malevolence could only see white inside the ship due to multiple sophons rapidly moving through his retinas. The Trisolarans did not want him seeing the inside of their ships. Is there a way, then, that you could grant us Epic powers? The words were black imprints in his eyes. Like that of Obliteration? Hemalurgy will be difficult; Sandy thinks that we don't have bindpoints at all right now. As for Honorblades, we know a place they are plentiful, but Sandy says that any honorblades that leave that place are... dangerous to one's mental state, except for Sandy himself, who doesn't have much of a mental state left. The writing paused briefly. How are we to get dragon's blood? This sounds, in some ways, like scriving.
  14. Rayer nodded and watched the new tributes.
  15. "Stylan @Ookla The Story," Rayer whispers. "Should we do something?"
  16. Forest Rayer jumped, then nodded.
  17. "We would like cytonics, for easy travel back to Trisolaris, as well as the Surges of Progression, Gravitation, Cohesion and Tension, unrestrained by oaths." The transmission paused. "We do not know of djinn or rithmatics, nor this power of darkness." You're talking 'bout the djinn from Lightbringer? None of my characters know about those.
