  1. Wait... what's your native language?
  2. Shoe growled threateningly at Nogard. Seeing this, Shoe stuffed the rest of the muffin in his mouth and looked around anxiously.
  3. No I just don't like popcorn in general, so when I eat it it usually is just FLAVORED with salt. lol COLOR NEIGHBOR FAVORITE GLAMOUR- wait
  4. No idea but whatever. In this context I don't care at all. Shoe would have either glared or stared at you anyway, so... all good. Shoe growled at anyone who looked at his muffin. Honestly! he thought. Can't I just eat my muffins in peace?!
  5. Shoe discretely pulled another muffin from his pocket and ate it as he walked into the forest.
  6. *gasp* YAYY!! Is there anywhere specific you're hoping to go?
  7. Shoe huffed. He'd made noise before, he just couldn't make the noise into words...
  8. Shoe suddenly appeared out of nowhere next to Nogard.

Is it a two-year kind of long story? Because I don't think either of us have time for that.

      Anyway... 😂

  14. Hey y'all! If you didn't see the SU I posted yesterday, I had a fun idea for an RP that I think y'all will enjoy! The idea of it revolves around a group of people trying to get to the top of a large mountain, which is in and of itself pretty straightforward. And it actually goes well... until the group realizes that the mountain is filled with kinds of obstacles and puzzles designed to stop them from getting to the summit. So the story will follow the group as each character uses the skills and knowledge they have to help themselves and everyone else get up the mountain! The plot would be player-driven; no narrator or DM/GM. I'm thinking there's a sort of map (aka a list of obstacles/puzzles/challenges that will take place when players decide) that will give a basic outline for what's going to happen, but also you all can decide what happens along the way! If you want there to be an unplanned landslide or a tornado, go for it! There is a bit of a twist, though: You will all play yourselves (for example, my character would be Glass), and your character can only use skills that you have in real life (basically)! So no magic (unless it's part of a puzzle). (speaking of puzzles, I was thinking that each/some of the players could design one each, and have their character just be in the background when the group comes to it. makes it a fun surprise for everyone else to solve without making someone [totally not me] design every obstacle.) Anyone interested/have any questions?
  15. Hmm

So I had this fun idea for an RP (oh gosh now i want to make one i've truly been sucked in):

The idea of it revolves around the RP-ers' actual real-life skills and utilizing those skills to help themselves and everyone else achieve a goal.

Right now I'm just thinking something along the lines of "get to the top of a mountain but with all sorts of puzzles and crazy things happening along the way."

So like, no magic. Just things you can actually do and skills you have irl to help everyone get to the top of this mountain (or whatever the end goal is).

(a bit more planning would go into it, like what challenges and stuff would happen but there'd be no GM; it'd be player-driven with a bunch of random stuff happening at the same time.)

If I started something like that, how many of y'all would be interested?

I might be interested, but don't know if I have time for that, sounds really cool though

If only I had real-life skills.

Rye, surely you can do something.

Not even something useful, just something.

That sounded more condescending than I wanted it to sound, my apologies. lol

  16. How do you... say that? Shoe decided to take nap until everyone was done talking.
