    You captured my exact thoughts more eloquently than I could ever have managed! I would also like to point out, regarding representation, that Brandon Sanderson has stated that he is holding off on making trans characters more involved and developed in his books until he feels more confident in his ability to respectfully portray them (I would cite the WoB if I had more time), and Masaka is very good practice for this ability, as she deals with similar emotions/thought patterns without the more 'sensitive' trans context, while, at the same time, avoiding queerbaiting. (Sorry if this is a little disjointed; some IRL stuff is making me feel a bit more scattered than usual)

    Well hello! I am indeed a nerd, with my specialties including theatre, books, creative writing, math, chemistry, biology, languages, Excel spreadsheets, and any form of tabletop strategy and roleplaying games. I have minimal social skills, but I learned how to pretend otherwise through a little class called "Acting". Aside from that, every aspect of the above definition applies to me, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Nerds are great! That is all. (Also, one of the nerdiest things I ever did was graph the first 100 Hailstone sequences to 100 places. For fun. They made some very pretty slope distributions! )

    Proof: While there are officially 10 types of pancakes in Yeddaw, one of them is imaginary, meaning that there are actually nine of them...just like the Unmade. Furthermore, when Lift eats a pancake and converts it into Lifelight, she is essentially Unmaking it, as she is changing it into Investiture that will serve her...just like Raboniel tries to do to the Sibling. Now, given that Lift is the only person in the entire Cosmere who can create Pancake Unmade, she must be the most Connected to the Intent of "Pancake", meaning that, when Odium inevitably splinters the Shard of Pancakes, it is pretty much guaranteed that Lift will Ascend to take this position. Theory: The character "16", from Lasting Integrity, is Adonalsium in disguise.

    Granted. However, you must also hold the responsibility of the sun in the palm of your hand. Essentially, you are always blamed for anything sun-related, including sunburns, poor seasonal weather, and, worst of all, daylight savings. I wish for a musical theatre adaptation of every major Cosmere story.
