The Redspine finally turned back, seeing Tondon's body fall to the ground. A strong feeling of guilt manifested in them, and they gasped in surprise. Was the Redspine really feeling human emotions? They slowly began walking again, then stopped and went back towards Tondon and Connor. Ignoring the latter, they began digging a hole in the ground. After it had been made deep enough, they gently pushed Tondon into it, filling it with dirt. Finally, they took his old sickle and stuck it, blade down, into the snow, as a marker. Then, the Redspine nodded to Connor, and left.
