Lofi realllllly helps me, especially when I'm trying to be creative and I just can't get my mind to work. It just calms my mind down and helps me to focus.

Music. Lots of music. And yet, not too much music.
Also, eating an apple or avocado helps me focus. Not sure why, but it does.
Taking breaks to be social with people, also! Just... not for so long you forget to go back to work...
