how do you get yourself to play video games?

like actually make yourself grab the controller and start playing?

Cause I have several games I love, and want to play. But my brain can't fathom playing them? Like for some reason I can't get myself to get off the couch and walk 2 feet over to get the switch. 

And so I just sit there. 

There are some days when I'm tired from school and don't have the brain power to play games, but on days when I'm perfectly fine I still can't do it.

Why is this so hard?

Like yeah, I could be doing more productive things I guess, like schoolwork or drawing or whatnot. But in reality, if I don't pull out the game, I just sit there and watch tv instead.

So it's not like I'm missing out on being productive because I'm not going to be more productive anyway.

Why can't I do it? Why I am typing this and not pulling the game out? Why isn't Kass in Totk?
