    "These legs are so awkward. Why are there only two? Why don't you fall?"

    "But... I don't have my tail. How can I swim with these?" She gestured down at her legs.

    She shook her head. Closer up, he could more easily see shiny golden patches on her pale skin.

    "Who are you?" Her knees buckled, but she managed to keep from falling with the help of the worker.

    She pursed her lips, trying to hold back her fear and confusion. After some consideration she replied, "I don't think I can get anywhere like this."

    She went quiet for a long moment, looking back at where she had come in. Then she turned back to the young man. "Okay. Yeah."

    "My... My tail. My scales!" She looked around wildly. "The water... how am I breathing?"

    She cried out and pulled away. She looked down at herself, apparently horrified. "What did you do to me?'

    Shortly after him came someone else, sopping wet and cloaked in loose, colorful robes. She took two steps before falling to her hands and knees, coughing and gasping.

    Greetings, fellow Sharders. I am sleepy, but I live. I would give life updates but at the same time there's too much and not much at all worth sharing. Things could be better, but they've been a lot worse in the past. I guess I'll answer questions if people have them.

    Hopefully I can be on here a bit more! It's coming up on 3 years now... That's a pretty long time.

      I don't have an exact favorite color, but I used to say green when I was younger. Piece of media... I watched The Owl House recently and really liked it

    Murr stayed on the shield, holding Evan down, and reached for the dropped tomahawk. His hand missed it a couple times before he finally seized it and raised it to strike.

    The moment he glanced away, Murr lunged. The shield covered his small frame comfortably, the tomahawk still sticking out of it as he barreled forward with abandon to crash into Evan.
