      Don’t apologise! You can talk to me whenever you need if you like. Anxiety sucks and so does life sometimes. It can also be good though. 
      The two headed serpent of life. One bites death, the other brings the antidote. Both bring pain, it ends in death either way so you might as well have fun doing it. 

      If you have trouble talking to people, perhaps you could give someone one of your poems to try and explain how you feel along with a note that explains you’re not doing the best but you don’t want to be treated like some sort of invalid. :).

      Well, my issue right now it that it's 1 in the morning and I have a thing due in 7 and a half hours. But I would also like to sleep, a little. Maybe. I don't know.

      I'm halfway between not wanting to bother anyone with my problems and really needing help. Sometimes I feel fine, but when it's getting to me I feel like I'm on the brink.

      It’s too late now, you either slept or you didn’t, but hey, screw being polite. If your mind is in a place where you’re wondering if death is better than life, talking to someone is probably the best thing you can do.
