    Stupid feathers, Ice thought, sneezing in annoyance. The bird didn't catch the hint, though, and stayed on her shoulder. Ice brushed it away. The bird twittered in panic, then gave her a betrayed, sad look. "Oh, just get." The bird got, and Ice continued across the stone bridge. It was so high she couldn't see the river beneath, but she could see the waterfall off to her right, despite the prodigious distance. It was so quiet here...

    "I'll sleep in a tree." She flew up into a tree, then bundled up with her wings over her head and fell asleep. "Why?" Rose narrowed her eyes. "No. How do I get out of here?" "By all means." Ham and cheese potatoes I suppose "Sorry it's a little shoddy." He finished with the tea immediately (hehe that's his special character talent I gave him just now cuz why not) and brought the pot over. "Mint tea?" - He closed his eyes and buried his face in her neck.

    He winced, but fell silent as they got to the kitchen. He rifled around in the fridge and came up with some food she happened to like and started warming two portions in the microwave. - Please, he said immediately. His slight crying got worse, and the salt water stung his eyes.

    Thanks “You sure you’re okay? You’re not gonna fall or anything?” - I… His vision began to swim as he teared up. I want you to love me, I guess. That felt so tiny, and so stupid, and so ridiculous. But he didn’t want to think about everything else right now. The big gaping hole in his chest turned into a screaming desire to be hugged. “Why are we going to Hades?” Orchid chirped.
