    She chuckled, voice high and whimpery. Jidah swallowed, then took a deep breath and hugged herself. She began sobbing. "Thank you," she whispered.

    Jidah stopped, hearing the virus sound. She whimpered, still shaking. I'm gonna die. I'm gonna DIE. Panic bubbled up inside her chest, almost making her choke. She held out her hands and light sparked. Why won't it work?? She began laughing through her terror.
