  1. ... Traitor. Go watch all of them.
  2. Not many things in this world are as sad as listening very good songs from an obscure video game OST and wanting to know how to play them but the only scores are on Musescore which you have to pay large amounts of money to use.

And also...not being that good at piano.

And also not being able to play said game anymore.

      The Bookwyrm

      It's called Xenoblade Chronicles X.

The overall soundtrack is...iffy. There's definitely some songs in there that I don't like, because they're kind of based around a hard rock style, or contain elements of rap, neither of which are genres I like.

But most of the field themes, and a few other songs, are awesome. There are some piano-only pieces that are emotional and incredible.

And then there's the songs with really bad German. They sound good, especially to my English ears. I like them. It's just really bad German.

      Which pieces are they?

      Don't like Rock music!? wha-....wha-.....why????? :P

  3. Question is, which episode? Which one would help Kaladin out the most?
  4. Yral gazed at the group of padawans. He'd been ready to jump in, but...they'd held their own. It had been obvious that the Sith hadn't been truly putting his full effort in, but still... When it became apparent that his help was not desperately needed, Yral had focused on using the Force to shield himself from the sight of the Sith Assassin, masking his unique aura and power. He'd skirted the duel, waiting to see if he was truly needed. He hadn't been. Yral ran over to Feisyyd, to help her up. "You seemed to know far more about that interaction than I did. Care to share?"
  5. Me? Can I join? I will say the answer to the poll question is ambiguous for me, simply because of the reason that I do believe in an eventual immortality because of my religion. (Which is the same one discussed above, of course.) If it was immortality as outlined by the poll...I would probably decline. I think my life can still have meaning, and I can still do great things, given the time that I have. And the prospect of simply...existing, without any control over when it ends, sounds horrifying. If I eventually reached a point where growth was no longer possible, existence would essentially become a prison. Now, if I had the ability to end my immortality whenever I wanted, then I might be more inclined to accept, because at that point I have a way out once I've done everything I want to. But I suppose it isn't that much of an immortality at that point...just an extended, ensured lifespan.
  6. I was afraid that this had become an RP for a second, but now I see what we're doing. 2126 - 1,001 years later, no one noticed anything, because time just works like that. Also someone ate a sandwich this year.
  7. No, I totally didn't just waste a very large portion of my class time trying to figure out unique calendar systems for two seperate planets in the sci-fi universe I'm writing, just so that I could have the main character look at a date on her holographic watch-thing and see what it is...

  8. Public Service Announcement:

Sleeping Gods is the best board game.

Also Children of Dune is better than Dune Messiah. (So far.)

    That is all.

      Thaidakar the Ghostblood

Children of Dune at first is amazing. I love the first two thirds, but the last third ruins it very much for me. It's probably my least fave Dune book.

However, I love Dune Messiah to death. First time I read it, I hated it, second time I loved it.

I wish you luck with CoD!

  9. I had my turn for a Barnes and Noble raid.

  13. "He's not a ghost, he's a serial killer." - @InfiniteInsanity
  14. "Master Feisyyd," Yral said, turning to face her. "I'd like to talk with you in private, concerning an important matter." @Channelknight Fadran
  15. Well, I knew that. I'm in the new clinic. Insa's here. She's the only one. I don't know where everyone else went. And we'll have to get the rest of the regular patients from Refnet...
  16. @ΨιτιsτηεΒέsτ Good thing I downloaded a greek keyboard.
  17. "It has varied," Yral said, "But I've learned a lot. So I'll count it as a net good."
  18. The game is a mind game in which the point of the game is to avoid thinking of the game. Every time you think of the game, you lose it. Everyone is always playing the game, whether they know it or not. There are only two ways to win the game; Go your whole life without losing the game, or Go on TV with the Pope and say "I won the game." (Credit to @Ranryu) If you lose the game, you can temporarily "un-lose" it by forgetting about it. But whenever you think about it again you lose again. It's traditional to announce your loss to those around you, as the only satisfaction in losing is to bring others down with you. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Game_(mind_game)
  19. The Lobby of the New Clinic Bookwyrm looked around. It looked...exactly like the old one, even down to the statue of Calano and Wizard that had been put up. They'd...both died at one point...why is it so hard to remember? It's like time has stopped being a line... "I'm not sure," Bookwyrm sent back. "I was hoping you would know." Bookwyrm crouched down to where Insa lay and gently took her hand. "Yes, I think it is."
  20. @The Last Fæ Hopefully the revenge plan works. Also @InfiniteInsanity cause why not. And @shortcake. And @TheGreatSnail. Oh, I almost forgot @The Wandering Wizard We could probably throw in @Thaidakar the Ghostblood for good measure. Other people I'm probably too scared to ping.
  21. "Nayla," Yral said, familiarizing himself with the name. "How is Aria treating you?" "Your question belies your ignorance, child," said Yral. "The Jedi Order is no cult. Neither is the organization of the Sith, though many might see it as such. And, as you would probably be able to tell if you knew enough, I am no Jedi. I left that path many, many years ago." Yral smiled slightly at the young padawans enthusiasm, and nodded to him in greeting.
