  1. Except for Burg the Grub, Butt's closest friend.
  2. *Summons @InfiniteInsanity because it's not hard to post here* *Also mourns for the broken tables*
  3. By Butt Venture, just as he had four hundred twenty two pages ago.
  4. Bookwyrm sent a message throughout the thread that this was a momentous page and that it needed to be celebrated!
  5. Bookwyrm smiled back. "I'm fairly certain it won't be." He opened a Wyrmhole and gestured through. "Whenever you're ready."
  6. Bookwyrm paged through the Archive one more time. Something caught his attention. A group of people skilled in Dimensional magic, once allied with a unit of Worldseers. Their homeworld lies in a universe....located near the Prison. This is something worth looking into. Bookwyrm closed his Tome and went to find Calano and Emma. They needed to see this. @CalanoCorvus @The Wandering Wizard Bookwyrm walked up to Calano and Emma. "I hate to leave abruptly, but..." Bookwyrm summarized what he had learned. "These dimensional travelers were from your home multiverse, and, likely, your home dimension. I think they might be connected to your parents, and I'm sure they were connected to my organization. I'm going to go investigate, and see if any of them are still around after all these years. I wanted to let you know, so you could come too, if you wish." Bookwyrm walked over to Insa and held out a hand. "If you don't have anything to do, you could come with me?"
  7. "North, to Alverton," Lyras said. "I'm taking a ship there to reach Orteo Island, and from there..." he trailed off. "Hopefully I'll have a more focused destination by that point." He adjusted his pack. "Thank you for the information. Both about your Order, and about the meteorite. I'll be sure to learn more as I travel." He turned to leave.
  8. I've been aware of The Game for quite a while, thanks to this thread. I just woke up 20 minutes ago....you could have at least given me a little streak! And Insanity is not going to be happy about this.
  9. Uh...there's a highstorm coming in three minutes and there's no shelter. *Trips and falls*
  10. When you have a bunch of Alcatraz clones and you bury them on the beach? But I don't want to pilot a two-thousand-pound steel projectile at high velocities down a bumpy and insecure pathway!
  11. I take the reality stone and then the sandwich.
  12. And....here was the catch. As much as Lyras wanted to obtain the meteorite shard, he doubted it would be a good idea to join this man's organization. His instinct told him that there was too much suspicion surrounding the organization, and that even if they had a reliable source of magic, not all their intentions would necessarily be good. And besides, going to the moons? Even with gravity on their side, the journey had to be nigh impossible. "I...." Lyras paused, thinking through what to say. "I'm sorry, but at this time, I am unable to join or assist your organization in a personal manner. However, you have piqued my interest. Could you tell me the name of your organization, so that I can keep an eye out for them in my travels, and learn more about them?" Lyras glanced at the meteor amulet. "And...is there any other way I could purchase, or earn, that amulet? I'd love to study it."
  13. Rym appeared behind Shadow and began following him.
  14. The Selffalfrednahgs retreated to a remote globe in the distant reaches of the universe.
  15. Jimmy Proton and Jimmy Electron wanted to have some control in the government, too.
  16. Lyras reached out to it with his powers. Indeed, he felt a pulsing coming from the shard of meteorite. It didn't coincide with any of the Three Sources; Sun, Moons, or Stars. Rather, it resonated with it's own signature, though it felt more similar to the Moon Source than the other two. "It does contain power," Lyras said. "From a source I'm unfamiliar with. It has a rhythm all it's own. That's fascinating..." He walked over. "How much are you asking for it?"
  17. "A meteorite..." Stellari scientists and Starmages were still trying to understand them. They had safely concluded that meteors and stars were very different objects, but not much more than that. Lyras had been unaware that the meteorites held magical properties, but things often didn't make sense when it came to magic. If the sun, moons, and stars could fuel the mystical energy surrounding the world, why not other celestial objects? Even ones that had fallen? "...You could say that I'm interested," Lyras said. "But I'll need assurance that this isn't some kind of scam, of course."
