TFA was fine, needed better choreography. It's enjoyable enough. Aint ever going to rewatch it lol. I am soooooo hyped for Tales of the Empire. If we get the same level of character stuff we got for Dooku... Dooku is one of my favorite characters. They better give Barris the same treatment. If not, I will finally go launch an attack on the studios. Okay, yeah, that makes sense. Also, that lego special is just so good. It's the only one we ever needed. The SW multiverse is the best way to think of the sequels. -
Even the Rise of Skywalker? You can make a fair argument for TFA and a little bit of an argument for TLJ, but Rise of Skywalker's only redeeming quality is that there was like one or two scenes that had fine visuals. Attack of the Clones had the cringiest dialogue and romance handling out of any of the films by far, but is redeemed by its lightsaber fights and Count Dooku (come on, bro is one of the best characters and I aint gonna deny it. Tales of the Jedi did this man right.) Ooh, on a side note, ima add a poll to the OP.

You should try the books, at least, they are good books. The first one kinda sucks at this point because of its tropiness, but the rest of the books are phenomenal, if you like the style of prose. If you really hate it though, then I would recommend running as fast as possible from it and the fans with their weaves at the ready.

But what about the animated projects? The live action, besides the first season of Mando and Andor, is basically all just trash. Andor is a great show, but not necessarily Star Wars content at its heart.

I dislike Micheal and Kate as narrators, except in WoT. That's where they shine. SA isn't the series for them imo.

Personally, for wax and Wayne, I like Shadows the best purely because Wax is one of my faves. Honestly, I don't have really any idea of a particular order for those after Dalinar. Kaladin is around second and third, Wax probably too. For top three, I might put it like Dalinar, Wax and then Kaladin. Yeah, I see why a lot of people like it. It just really is not the right book for me.

Kaladin is a wonderful character, I love him. He's probably my second or third favorite character in SA, if not the cosmere. Dalinar just takes the cake for me on terms of relatability for me in specific.

TLM was not a Wax and Wayne book at all. it was just a cosmere book with wax and Wayne as side characters. the Wax and Wayne books before TLM were about Wax's story. TLM sidelined Wax's story and did a half pass on Wayne's story while focusing on Marasi (not saying I didn't like her storyline, her storyline was phenomenal.) It completed the over all plot, but most of the character arcs were completed in Bands of Mourning. TLM was only necessary because of the loose ends for the plot, and for giving set up for era three. TLM is also the book where we get the most rough separation of the Sanderlanche, splitting it up in ways that felt unnatural for a Mistborn book. I went a little ranty there, but I really really dislike The Lost Metal. I liked it first read, but then I reread it with the addition of the other books in the series and felt it did not match whatsoever. If you didn't like Dalinar's or Kaladin's arcs, then that's completely fair. I love OB so much because Dalinar's arc just resonated with me so well, and because I just adore that final sequence. I highly recommend rereading the book though and seeing if you like it better on the second read, or third, or fourth, or fifth for that matter.

Yes, it is disrespectful to not watch the source material. It would be better if she had, but, tbh, I feel like we need something more new that isn't as influenced by the old. We're getting enough of that with the animated masterpieces. We need something fresh and unburdened by the Skywalker saga. true. I still need to finish watching it, but the episodes I did watch were actually pretty good.

Alright. We have a trailer for "Tales of the Empire." I'm sooooooo hyped. Ik people dislike Acolyte for some reason, and I guess that's fair because some of the things that's been said about the director and that she hasn't watched Star Wars. I honestly don't care? lol. I think it looks great, and I'll just wait till it comes out to pass real judgement. ALSO BAD BATCH SEASON THREE!!!! this show is looking pretty great so far. The music for the whole lab stuff with Hemlock and Emerie is so creepy. Hemlock is scary, and I love him. I still have yet to finish watching the two newest episodes. Thoughts on the Mando and Grogu movie vs s4 of the mandalorian? Edit: a note on the poll. I put shows and movies that are going to be coming out sometime soon, besides the new Rey movie. Aint nobody going to say that bull crap is gonna be their favorite when it comes out.

I mean… why? I’m not saying it’s not a bad idea for it to be a permission thing, but it is not anything different whatsoever from just glancing down at the birthdays list. It’s just a little more convenient for people to be able to just click the thing and send a birthday message without having to check.

As Shorty said, it’s an inside joke between me and Panda. Long story short, we had two characters in an to who were throwing insults at each other, but they were getting progressively sillier. Then it arrived on socks. Thus, the sock thing was born -
