    Thaidakar blinked as he followed. Him? In charge? Well, he had been in the clinic. But that had only been for, what, an hour? two hours? And look where that had gotten, the clinic was gone. He shivered, trying to hold himself together. "I..." The voice laughed softly in his head. He gritted his teeth and said, "It would be best if we had someone who's been here before lead us in that respect. Matra, you said this was a bunker? What sort of supplies does it have?" He turned to the others, "If there are creatures we should be worried about down there, I think I should be able to deal with them." Or... would he? Heck, he didn't know. How was he supposed to know? Well, he should just try anyways. "Let's get this over with and open the storming trapdoor."

    I have been writing a bit more.

    I got an idea for a series that I might eventually write so no spoilers.

    I have two or three, maybe four, things that I'll share with y'all once at least two of them are up to par. I've been in an odd place with writing for a few months. I haven't been able to get the motivation to do it. Hopefully I can stop it.

    In other news, I started the Discworld books with The Color of Magic. I finished my reread of all of Mistborn.

    I found yet another elantrian world hopper in the form of Fion, or should I say, Fjon, member of the Set.

    I do believe I almost ready to try Wheel of Time again.

    The world building was fantastic.

    I loved Mat and Perrin.

    Nynaeve was annoying as frick. (I hope that was on purpose on Rob's part)

    There were a good bit of things that I disliked, even hated.

     

    And yet

    The things that I loved are drawing me in yet again.

    I am in a different state than I was the first time and I do believe I will be able to go through it at a slower pace to match the way Robert Jordan writes. I reread a scene in the Eye of the World that I liked and I'm like "Wait, why did I quit? I like this..."

    Nevertheless, there are those things I hate. Including the (I dunno if this would be counted as a spoiler or not.) lack of Dragon in the Dragon Reborn. Though, it makes sense considering the sequence would've been like my least favorite sequence in Eye of the World. 

    But, yes, I, Thaidakar the Ghostblood, will be trying Wheel of Time sometime in the future.

    Roleplay, especially when you get into the character, can be addicting.

    Unfortunately, that hasn't happened on here yet. Well, unless you count TLT Thaidakar. One of my best characters on here.

    There are many good shows in the world.

    I've said many times before that my favorite show is Phineas and Ferb.

    Well, I'd forgotten what the greatest show was.

    I love Phineas and Ferb, it's in my top three fave shows. It's probably my second favorite next to the absolute greatest show ever created.

    And that show is Gortimer Gibbons: Life on Normal Street. The show is phenomenal, from the music to the script to the acting to the pure awesomeness. If you haven't seen it, go watch it. it's on prime video. If you don't have prime, that's sad. Find one of your friends who just so happens to have it and force them to watch it with you. It will be worth it. If you need faith in humanity again, watch the scudding show.

    Thaidakar hesitated. Was he really giving up on the clinic. "I..." No, he had to leave. Had to leave to save the Clinic. Or destroy it, he thought, but he dismissed that thought. Thaidakar finally just jumped through, the opening collapsing. Thaidakar smiled as he felt the dirt beneath his feet. "We will do what we must to defend the Clinic. If doing that means leaving for now, let's do this thing."

    alrighty then. Shadow nodded, "We will enjoy having this..." Shadow disappeared with a pop. He appeared in the villa. Shadow, or rather Spook, pressed a button on the watch, the illusion disappeared. He'd just won another bet against Shadow. Thank goodness Shadow had let him use the watch.

    Hmmm... How about Thaidakar nows how to find it and has sent Spook, his son, to go get it to prove he's worthy of replacing him as a narrator?

    I have a really good idea. How about the map is a hoax and Thaidakar has it right now. Shadow nodded, taking the medallion. He tucked it into a pocket that appeared on his suit pants.

    Shadow raised an eyebrow, "Presumptuous of you, but I will answer the question: yes."

    Shadow chuckled softly, "Would it be surprising to you if I said I didn't have an Author?"

    "Most of it." "Storming narration, it draws people like a stench draws flies."

    "Mythos," Thaidakar gestured to Mythos, who was playing a good game of solitaire, "wasn't using the narration powers I'd granted him very well. I might have chosen an heir wrongly. Ah well."

    "I tend to do things like that." said Thaidakar. Spook called from inside the house, "Unfortunately you do!"

    The balcony had two bookcases, both of them with very good books. "I suppose that could be, but I've never been one to like wandering." He had another sip of his drink. "I've always liked a nice drink, a warm house and an idiot to order around." Thaidakar smiled slyly at Mythos. Mythos rolled his eyes.

    "Thanks," said Thaidakar, turning in his seat slightly. "Forever is quite a long time to live, you know, might as well do it in style."
