    Each vessel counts towards the outnumber wincon, if that's what you mean, since each vessel votes individually Edit: and it's not two-time use -- each Aspect starts out with two vessels (and no main account; the Aspect itself doesn't get an account). Then, every turn one of the Aspects can create a vessel. Yes and yes. And each of their vessels gets an action every turn, too.

    Depends on the situation. Sometimes, they can count as punctuation themselves, but if you’re trying to be clear about something I’d recommend sticking a period after it. Don’t use an emoji with exclamation/question marks, though. Should I go to sleep? Or stay up?
