    *hugs* I can't say anything that hasn't already been said but I reiterate everything, especially what Bookwyrm said. *hugs again* *hugs* That type of thing always feels terrible, especially when you know you were right! My only advice is just to remember that you are still amazing, even if it didn't go well. All being said, third place is also really awesome, even if it isn't what you wanted!

    I love! Odd question, but all fanart of the TMA characters generally has the same characteristics which is funny because they haven't been described, at least at the point I'm at. Do they get described later or is this just kinda a fandom-wide acceptance of how they look?

    That's insane!!! That is an amazing gift!!! My own good news: My parents decided that me and my siblings needed a present for Valentine's Day weird but I'm not complaining so I got a $20 Barnes and Noble gift card which I used to buy a few things, including a special barnes and noble edition of The Raven King which includes the short story Opal in the back!! I'm very happy

    Oooh I'll bring dutch Stompote!!! And pannekoeken! The first is mashed potatoes with chopped carrots, peas, and onions cooked in it. Then you make a jus (thin gravy) and put it on top. It's eaten with kielbasa sausages. The second is also Dutch and it's like a crepe but has bacon and cheese inside and then you pour maple syrup on it and eat it they're both fantastic I'm not dutch but my dad served his mission for the CoJCoLDS in the Netherlands so we make lots of food from there

    I'm on my way to a really cool orchestra concert! They are going to play a Nat Geo movie and the orchestra is playing the live background music!!!

      Just a general symphony type I guess? It really sounds just like the score for a national geographic movie. But it changes like in the desert biome it was lighter and quicker, and in the sea biome had a lot of deeper and slower notes.
