Small disadvantage. Odd thing that doesn't change much. Worth -1 point in GURPS. Opposite of perk.

Ok Ill say it this way: Is there a limit on how many quirks I'm allowed to have in one D&D character? In the average D&D game.

Somethings not right about this dragon. Its a duskmantel like it should be. But its been killed, and recently. There's no new Dreamwalker anywhere near this area. There's nothing in the realm Fire lives in to note the death of a fire-creature, and all dragons contain at least a little of Fire in them. The Fallen One won't rise. It has been removed from the Realms. Give it a proper burial and we'll move on. Yvris opens herself to the power of the Fire within her, creates her hottest flame, and burns the corpse of the dragon. It would be disrespectful to leave it lying there.

And then we can have each person say what they recieved and narrow down the potential pool of elims. Basically, the elims won't do it because there's ways for us to find out if they do.

At the end of Telephone, the last person tells everyone the message. If it's fudged we know there's elims. Who else would fudge it? (Actually I might, but probably wouldn't, because sometimes chaos isnt the best answer.)
