  1. Wait no hold up I also think I know Illwei's role. This could provide pretty important info. Maybe outing is a good idea? Or tell me in a way that only I understand. I dunno. Can you do that? Maybe not? Also, Burnt if you could check Dice, and if Dannex you could check Archer, that would be super great. I don't trust Dice at all, and I realize Archer has been pinging some folks too. Edit: I guess you don't subscribe to the Elim/Town theory then for Brown?
  2. ;_; Edit: I, er, hmm, this is a pickle. I really don't want to vote Dannex. At all. My gut is telling me Dice, but we have thirty minutes REEEEEEE. Someone tell me what to do (other than breaker)
  3. I'm pretty sure she's up. (P-edit: there she is! Hi *waves*) So create a wifom situation? Who were they going to protect? The whole thing screams problem to me.
  4. Okay real talk though, assuming all this is true, I *still* don't think Dannex is the optimal Shrek here. Bare minimum, it's Burnt, since it tells us something about Lotus as well; More realistically, I don't know we should be voting in the Brown Ajah at all. The main problem is if we don't hear back from Burnt in like 20 mintues we are going to have to make a decision. Burnt, where are you? Edit: Wait hold up What's stopping Elim from just shooting Lotus in the night and taking away Burnt's powers anyways? There's no way that this makes sense!
  5. An Ajah losing their powers if their Warder dies. It makes sense for the Warder to lose their powers if the Ajah dies, but the other way around? I guess flavorwise their must be a reason, but it feels so weird? Again, discussion for another time though. I'd be happier with a Burnt shrek than a Dannex shrek. Sorry, Burnt <3
  6. Oh wait shoot what That's... I don't like that. Discussion for another time though. I... don't know that I buy this. But I'll give it benefit of the doubt; @Burnt Spaghetti, are you still awake?
  7. I actually completely trust Illwei. If you look back through her C1, she crumbs some stuff that I don't think comes from Elim.
  8. I mean, we only lose the PR if we know who it is, best case scenario. My main concern is that it feels very forced. There was no reason for Lotus to tell us their partner was the brown Ajah, except to push an Dannex lynch. Which I have no idea why Lotus would be doing that, unless they had ulterior motive. But maybe that's just me analyzing too much?
  9. I'm really not comfortable with the idea of a Dannex lynch at this point, tbh. I've tunneled so hard that I'm not sure that I think it's a safe place to vote, and I really don't like the idea of voting him off just because. I'd honestly be happier voting off Lotus, because they've been really pinging me all game, and we get some decent information without killing off an outed PR. But also maybe that should be the shot tonight? idk. You know, I don't disagree with this. I read through it, and it was a nice tl;dr, but I didn't actually find anything helpful about it. I don't know it actually contributes to the game. I don't know that Burnt has contributed anything to the game, actually. And I know I said myself that she was a PM spider, but I would have expected something by now. It does strike me as weird. Edit: Also, another thought: I need to deep-dive Dice at some point. If I remember my notes correctly, I was concerned from the very beginning that they were trying pretty hard to fly under the radar, and then just let them do it all game. I thought maybe they were the Green Ajah for a while as well, but that's not right obviously, and there's a decent possibility that Dice is Elim.
  10. So someone is lying then. Dannex (the brown Ajah) has already told us he had no Warders, and you're claiming that you are indeed bonded to Dannex. Unless someone wants to make the case as for why I should be two of the most powerful Scanning roles in the game?
  11. Yeah. Basically, I just completely misread the sentence. I attributed the prepositional phrase "For a mislynch" as to be referring to Lotus, who we know nothing about, and not Dannex. Which was not right. At all. Very clearly, as I now realize, from mentally reviewing Dannex's more recent posts which I have not parsed. To put in in image form:
  12. I I don't even know what to say here I've screwed up royally Dannex I'm gonna have to think about this. Maybe do a deepread tomorrow. My apologies
  13. This here. There's no way he should be able to know this is a misshrek. (This is the third time I've quoted this post I think)
  14. @Illwei That and also because somehow he knows that Lotus is a misshrek, with no sort of evidence to back that up, after voting for them C1.
  15. Dannex, I get you keep going "ahh the grey isn't indicative" and so on. That's great, and you're not wrong. That's also not my point. Until you can explain to me how you can know Lotus was Town without being an Elim, I'm not moving my vote. Edit: Quinn, 89%, there's been some real stuff but I think has been really trying to find answers and ask good questions
  16. @Illwei Maybe this will help Dannex Is pretty much lockElim for me at this point. I'll vote elsewhere but I'll default to this unless something radically changes after I finish parsing stuff. I've already explained my reasoning but I will do again if need be. You really should not do that.
  17. This right here? The only way I can parse this is that it was referring to this particular vote. and cycle, not a future one. It doesn't make sense that an Elim would use vote tampering now to set someone up in the future.
  18. I can't believe I'm coming back to this thought after like six hours, but it seems to have gone over heads. (Mind you, I'm still trying to catch up.) My whole point with Dannex was not to debate the possibility of being framed. My point was he somehow knew he was framed for a misshrek by the Elims, without there being any evidence for Lotus to be a misshrek. Put more simply, Dannex knows that Lotus is Town, without having any reason to know that Lotus is town. That's why I was (and remain) suspicious of him in this cycle.
  19. This is also a good point. Witholding my vote for now but I'm gonna prolly do that after I finish my catch-up.
