  1. That's legitimate, I don't remember him being contentious afterwards really, or even during. It was an odd exe c1. I think he made sense for a n2 convert, with n1 not being two unreasonable due to how we treat past exes. Not sure about Archer backing off, though I appreciate that we came to a better understanding.
  2. How have I dismissed you? As far as I can tell, you have barely responded to my rebuttals, yet I'm the one who's dismissing? Why is he a terrible conversion target?
  3. Trigger word? There are so many things wrong with this. Why would the village worry less about accountability 'at this stage?' 'At this stage' is when accountability matters most. And you're the one that's making it a trigger word, I mentioned it in passing and you've decided to make it a 'thought that a villager solidly seizes upon.' And you definitely can't judge me by your meta. You can't judge anyone by someone else's meta, Rust and Ruin (hi JNV), you can't even judge me by my own meta sometimes. In conclusion, it appears I am joining the steadily growing train of Archer voters. Would it be possible to do one tap on Taldain before you do Scadrial, so we have that one in reserve and is therefore less valuable to the elims? Edit: It is also quite literally almost impossible for the Village to win in less than four cycles. We could barely squeeze the sudden death in that time.
  4. Are you saying we should hold people accountable less later on? All I'm saying is to tell us if anyone else is on your world. I'm worried about an elim rush to Taldain or Threnody in the near future. As I said, I probably will, but Auto is technically the smallest faction right now. 9/4/4/1(2) I believe. Autonomy is a threat, just not a particularly urgent one. According to Kas, who I believe, Autonomy hasn't passed any Investiture either, so we don't have to worry about the sudden death any time soon. Well, it was an offer for everyone else to do so, but I was going to do it. Besides, just about everyone on Roshar has made their location public. Information is almost always better for the Village. As I said, I am very worried that the elims will go to Taldain or Threnody after they game whichever Shard they desire. Then we will be completely out voted.
  5. ? I might eventually, but we've determined Autonomy is not a priority right now.
  6. What's the general consensus on making a world distro map? Say if you're at Silverlight or somewhere else, say who's there with you so there's more accountability. For instance, I am at Roshar with Szeth, Kas, Drake, VOCALS Autonomy, and PIANO Autonomy the Second.
  7. I think I got into it. It was probably a problem on my end as the ol' power it off and power it back on again got it to work. Mobile is weird.
  8. As I said, Kas broke it. I got in for long enough to put my color and read a bit, but now it won't work.
  9. See, here's the problem here. I don't really think people make a 'mistake' about me. I get exed almost always based on PoE, but sometimes on gut instead. I can't argue with either of those. But the thing is, the Village doesn’t like to exe me, so I can look at the character of those who oppose me. More often than pure statistics would show, they're elims. That's a pattern, and that combined with the weirdish behavior Szeth has shown, makes me willing to vote him. Honestly, I wasn't particularly disappointed with the Xino exe, but I do not like the way it happened. I'm going to be looking at TJ and Mat, because I just don't like the way the train took off. I'm decently confident only ones e, but they could both be. They are both pretty strong potential converts. The earliest anyone could have received their wincon is now. Since Drake hasn't killed, he quite literally can't have converted to his wincon yet. Edit: And at its heart, this is what you want, I think. I want to kill Szeth, who is already a semi-active player, but after that I want to go after Mat/TJ, which are exactly the inactive players you want us to go after.
  10. Hmmm. I think I'm gonna stick this one out. He just doesn't feel right, and the first vote track record is ridiculous.
  11. Szeth. I'm willing to throw my vote in here, Szeth's comments about the 'spirit of the game' felt out of character. Not retaliating or anything, but I don't remember Szeth ever doing anything similar to that.
  12. Here's two: I regard the elim game as one of my best/better ones (I'm actually rereading the elim doc cause it was fun). The village game is just a pretty decent one that shows off some of the better aspects of my v game.
  13. Hmmm. Maybe I'll go after Xino, he has a bad track record as an inactive. Bold mine. Three things: I don't really have the capability to fluff up or fluff down my posts, they kinda just are; I think this might be a symptom of me just having a higher post count this game due to having more activity than usual; I think you'll find, if you look at past games of mine (up to you if you actually do), that I tend to say roughly the same amount of stuff, just spread out over more or less posts.
  14. Reading the Poppy War by R. F Kuang. Very interesting book, I'm excited to see how it goes. It feels like a Kingkiller-esque story with Lightbringer like prose and shear dreariness. Edit: I also finished the tWoK audio book, which was an even slower burn than the book normally is, but wow can Brandon climax. Started on Children of Ruin by Andrian Tchaikovsky (thank goodness for mobile auto suggestions cause that name is insane to spell).
  15. Actually, Szeth has been feeling a little bit wonky this game. I might take a look at him, so don't be afraid to keep your vote where it is.
  16. Bold mine. I should note that I would most likely not intent convert to Autonomous. I really have no use for their Shardic, which is what conversion is based on. I'd just stick my fingers in a bunch of pies and relax. Like, I might do two Shardics just to keep my options open, but I wouldn't actually convert unless it was pretty clear the village was going to lose and/or I knew I would immediately win. Edit: Actually @DrakeMarshall, if I ever receive Autonomy, I would be totally willing to let you splinter it, I can still do everything fun whe splintered.
  17. Well, I would have liked to hear it from his own lips. And I may have misread his initial post. I would still like you to say it in your own words so there's less room to play around with in the future, and as I said I misread that initial post. Kas, would you be willing to return to Roshar? I need to venture there for *reasons,* but I would prefer not to miss out on the rave. Also, I've been thinking, Autonomy is like the perfect role for me. I get some insane action economy, which is always fun, and I get to dip my toes in a bunch of docs, which is the main reason I enjoy being an elim so much. So, uh, @ Bavadin?
  18. I think three games is sufficient for a mild read. One is an anomaly, two is a coincidence, three is a pattern. Of course, I don’t read off of meta that much besides a 'does this feel right? If no, burn it with fire." I also think the third or forth game is when the new player grace period should be about up. Is that too harsh?
  19. Don't worry, when there are still not death for the next twenty days I'll change back to TKN. This is temporary, and would be even more temporary if I wasn’t limited on name changes.
  20. It's very annoying when autocorrect does this, like, I don't want to kill slim people, I want to kill elim people.
