    Yeah, I'm not cool with that. If that's the case I'm probably going to stay behind, as much as I like the Rave. Like, what's the point if you only get one turn before being separated anyways? And I have stuff to do.

    Almost done with Children of the Mind by Orson Scott Card and Children of Ruin by Adrian Tchaikovsky, not related except in theme. It mildly sucks to be in the climax of too very good very similar books. I don't get storylines confused easily but it's almost there.

    Low. They've been showing up the least out of any of us. But I don't think that's necessarily indicative of their in thread activity. Here's the thing, in my view, after Elan, Araris is one of the most likely elims. I just don’t want to give up on a nearly certain elim for a potential Hoid. The cost analysis doesn't work out. In my mind, this is less of the scenic route and more of a quick trip to the gas station for an atlas. Since when? Is this part of why you are H!reading Araris?

    Yeah, sorry, that wording was very unfair. I apologize for it. It shouldn't have been too hard to notice that was my first post that turn however, so I won't withdraw that objection completely. As I said, I would prefer to give v!you the benefit of the doubt, but I just don’t think I can after d4 and even several of your later arguments. No, it's completely fine, as I said, that was harsher than it should have been. RL takes priority. That's part of why I'm not completely committed to H!lan, but I also don’t think the elims have a good path to refute the case against her. I also don't think chasing the SD is better than chasing likely elims. Easier to get several plastic straws out of the hay stack than it is to find one needle. And now I'm off to bed, I have stayed up way too late already. Salutations my friends. See you on the same side.

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ IDK, just think she was definitely e d4, could have been Hoid, could have been converted whenever really. I do think she's probably either Hoid or a n3 convert as TJ? postulated. I would like to give v!lan the benefit of the doubt when it comes to activity, but I don't really think that's possible based off of what we've seen from her.

    So, just to clarify, voting on someone who has any votes on them at all is sheeping right? Cause that's the logic you seem to be using here, and it don't hold up. You can't classify self pres as sheeping, especially when I was pretty much the only vote around then. Then, I'll be fair, most of my other votes can be construed that way, particularly my Szeth vote, but that's well within both my v and e metas. In fact, I'm pretty sure the fact that I'm voting at all is mildly v indicative. I'm never a train starter, at least not without a multi cycle build up. Plus, I expressed mild suspicion of Szeth c1. And if you actually expressed more than surface level effort into my case (which you deemed 80% likely), you would have realized that that is the earliest I was online, and that I had been building up to the Archer vote for about two turns at minimum. And you completely misrepresent my DeTess vote. In a perfect world, we exe an elim d1. If I had simply kept my vote on Archer, no one would have died. I am willing to deny the Village info in return for me (a confirmed Villager, at least in my considerations) not dying. But that is not desirable. In an ideal world, one of Archer/DeTess dies d1. I couldn't kill Archer, my vote on him was only enough to tie, and there was no guarantee of anyone moving (they didn't), but Archer, if v, would want an exe over a failed exe. As such, the only person with enough votes to put in the lead was DeTess. Let's assume you're a Villager, which I'm decently sure you were at at least one point in this game. What do you do? You're tied at four votes each with a player you don't really have a read on. The next closest player, who you might read barely worse than the one you're tied with, has two votes, everyone else has one or none. Do you seriously just let the null-exe go through? Edit: Yeah, Kas, that's cool.

    Understandable, just reread that aftermath. Very fun. That is a pretty representative of my e play @ anyone else reading who's interested. That and the one I linked to DeTess earlier. You think I'm reading and actually internalizing that beast of an OoA? But that does make more sense. I would say that I doubt any other SoU were online at that time or else Mat probably would have encouraged them to join in to help out and increase their chances. But that doesn’t say much cause very few people were on then anyways I think. Yeah, I don't know, I try not to be convinced by pure tone after blatantly e stuff, as I think it is the easiest to fake and I (and most others I think) have been burned in the past. Alright, I'll put the order in preemptively, so please @ me if you decide to go somewhere else, the rave was fun. In reference to the Village’s day getting darker comment that I didn't quote because dumb, I have plansTM once we get to the rave.

    Numbering mine for ease of reading. I do not deserve the amount of distrust I am receiving, but whatever. My life will get easier for the next time we play a similar game. Nothing in particular, my 'reaction tests' are a lot less binary than yours/most people's. It was about 50/50 reaction test vs genuine ask. I would expect a Villager to have a lot more reticence/ask more questions than he did. Obviously he didn't put in the action to Siphon, which has team composition implications, but I'm not sure what exactly they are. Unfortunately, I had to wake up rather early for weightlifting, otherwise I would have paid more attention. Pretty negative on Elan, I don't see her slot as being Village, though I think the only way to know which type of e she is is through the exe. DeTess, I don't know. I don't think she's SoU although it's still possible. If she's AC, it says something about Hoid I think that they chose DeTess over a non-returning player. Probably the only medium-high profile player that has a decent chance of not being converted. TJ, no idea, but if Szeth is e, which, despite the blatant Mat connection, I kinda doubt now for reasons I might get into in a separate post, TJ is a prime target. Otherwise IDK, could be Auto for all I know. As for you, I don't think there's any way you started e, and I seriously doubt you've been converted. You're pretty strongly in your v playstyle. Either would probably work for me, I don't quite have enough Investiture for Sel to be all that useful, and I'm going to have some free day actions for a while so Taldain would probably be better. Up to you. I think almost everything I want to do can be accomplished from either. I'm not sure about that anymore. Two Shards we can be pretty confident are in v hands are much better for the SDW than many Shards in potentially compromised hands. Sure, it would be nice to get Invention and/or Endowment in v hands, but it very well might not be worth the risk.

    Thank you. Was this already decided on or did my reaction test (Mat is too smart for his own good) bear fruit? Unfortunately, not quite. I was reaction testing him, but that was because Drake surprised me and made me have to come up with a new plan. I legitimately hoped he was v and would help us, but I had doubts. So, @Kasimir, Taldain?

    Will you be on at rollover? @Kasimir, @Szeth_Pancakes, due to Drake’s apparent betrayal (or at least vacation from the plan), do you have any qualms with bringing Mat into the fold? I know this would be telling the whole thread but at least it would get done.

    Apparently I was Fifth. No, not that Fifth. But I still stand by that point. Earliest I could get on to vote (timestamp is pretty close to right now, which is when I wake up), and a clear progression.
