Elsie suddenly looked at Jenny with wide eyes. "Uh, do you still wanna learn how to play Uno?" She blurted.

Elsie leaned back, slightly baffled by this information. "I had no idea. I know he has trust issues, but..."

She paused, then slowly nodded. "O-ok." @Weaver of Lights "I... Did?"

"Yes it is. I'm bad at... Peopling."

She looked at him, her eyes starting to water, and nodded.

She looked at him confusedly for a good 30 seconds, before her eyes widened. She quickly went back to her seat.

She sighed, and backed off.

"Terrance?" She shoved a pair of noise cancelling headphones into his hands. "I'm sorry."

Elsie scrambled up, and tried to follow him.

Elsie's face paled. "Terrance... What happened to your hand?" She whispered.

Elsie went into panic mode. "What do I doooooo?" She said, digging through her backpack.

Elsie's head swiveled to Terrance. "You don't have to play if you don't want." She said, words coming out quickly.

"I'm glad two of you can, cuz I sure can't."

"That's fine!" She said, voice cheery. She started picking up the cards.

"Yeah!" She said. "...You wouldn't happen to know how to shuffle, would you?"
