Kaladin and Venli can be partners in bridging the gap between their cultures. I absolutely cannot imagine them being involved romantically within two books. And I also do not find Leshwi as a suitable choice. In fact, ever since Shallan made her decision- I wanted Kaladin to remain single for both the arcs. There are other things instead of rooting over a relationship which could potentially enstate an internal crisis. - Venli is so glory-centric and self-absorbed most of times which is enough to fall out with anybody. That does not mean I don't like her. I like her but I don't want her with Kaladin of all people who is the most selfless character we've witnessed yet (not forgetting you Taln). -Leshwi is interested in Kaladin because again, didn't Venli state that in order to win over her, you have to kill her? And Kal did that. Probably many times by now. I would put a cent that she has an insider-Pursuer complex screaming to take revenge in the most 'honorable' fashion. Besides, she wants to eradicate humans and fade in time. No second to spare for budding romance with a 21-year old mythical-reputed Windrunner. Kaladin is my favorite character in whole Cosmere, and I want him to remain etched to his duties and explore different worlds. Probably meet Kelsier and give him a punch.

Uh, absolutely no. That's too distasteful to even think. Kaladin is better off without anyone, honestly. And even if someone is brought as his romantic interest, its gonna take more than just clever crafting.

People are shipping Kaladin with almost every next character in Stormlight Archive. Considering the gargantuan depression wrecking havoc inside him, I would gladly want him to remain without a partner at least for Arc 1/ or at least he learns to accept his problems. Oathbringer is not my favorite Stormlight Archive book despite letting us witness severe milestone moments. The ending especially, lest I say could've been better while some parts, especially of Shallan were not needed. The romantic plots are...unlikable, except Dalinar and Navani whom I totally cheer for. Shallan was entrusting in TWoK, inspiring in WoR, compensating for Part 1 and 2 of Oathbriger but became annoying by its ending. Adolin is often undermined, forgotten even if he takes care of freaking everybody. Why does everyone has weird feelings about Renarin? He's like the mother-of-pearl shrouded in ocean, unexplored. Wit has done 'nothing' yet. This redeeming arc for everyone breaks the character uniqueness. (Staring at you, Moash after reading RoW previews) Oh, yeah. I've read Reckoners series, actually that was the first book series I've read from Brandon Sanderson and I really liked it but it was so freaking similar to Mistborn Era one including Steelheart and Lord Ruler claiming themselves 'Divine' just moments before they die and of course, Elend and Vin/David and Megan's 'Potato-minefield-cake-flirting'

It was amazing to read and share theories and headbutting about speculations. I absolutely except us to start discussing chapter by chapter when the book is finally released. Ever since Tor began releasing the chapters, I've heard lot of complaints about being spoiled or people throwing theories after reading which was making people rather uneasy but I never found myself 'spoiled' even though the whole plot is revealed. Rather, my sense of adventure has increased ten-fold and each hour, I check 17th Shard to converse on various topics. Feels good to be a part of FANDOM which can never be spoiled. P.S- Kaladin befriending Gallant and charging to battle is something to look forward to xD!

One more xD: When seize of Urithiru occurs, Kaladin will charge riding Gallant, Dalinar's Rhyshadium screaming "Release the KRAKEN!" and then Navani would come wearing a mechanical Jaeger suit and whooos, Fused are completely fused.

Adolin's plot was claimed to be rather convenient... Lift not being taken to Shadesmar? Main Interlude character maybe? I personally don't think Dalinar would perish until book 5, especially after 'ascending' as Odium claims but we don't know what actually that means. Also, what about the distant light he sees? Spiritual Realm maybe? Or... Venli's spren might explain Glys' 'special circumstance'? Navani may come up with Voidlight supressor fabrials of her own to leave Fused baffled. Kaladin swears 4th Ideal finally accepting he cannot save everyone...? I'm confident he won't be 'healing from different injury' by taking surgeon as profession. He has to be back on battleground!

After reading Dawnshard and effects of Aluminum, it made me wonder if...a Surgebinder/Radiant wears gauntlets made of aluminum, would it block the screaming they hear of dead sprens in their mind? Maybe it could give a chance to wield deadeye Shardblades.

So now we got three groups sporting out in different directions? Just like TWoK I believe. We'll get Navani, Kaladin and whoever remains in Urithiru probably awaiting an attack by a fused. More about Sibling? Those windmills and utilization of storming kinetic energy is wonderful. This group along with singers are going to take major focus of story I believe after seeing review videos. Then, Dalinar and Jasnah and their team marching to Emul. Trap? What is Stormfather going to talk to honorspren? His involvement would be very essential. And finally, Adolin and Shallan's group to Lasting Integrity. What's wrong with Shallan? Adolin excited to reunite with Maya? CAN'T WAIT!

Also, what about that scene where Kaladin finally finds Wit's flute back and brings Fused into melodic submission!

I believe we will get some clues about her story, especially now she's Queen of Alethkar and naturally, nobody was expecting it. But her backstory will, according to current planned storyline, be explored in Book ten since she's flashback narrator there. I do have theories that her past has something to do with either witnessing something traumatic or being abused by a person close to her family.
