  1. My... Shadow-caster. The Lightshadow said. The one who sent me.
  2. She thinks I'm gay or at least queer what do I say
  3. Who is this specimen? The anti-Shadow asked in clarityspeak. Shall I call forth my maker?
  4. This is referring to a character of mine named Cognition who was involved with the Desolation ordeal. Has nothing to do with inkwell. If I quote you, then it is directed at you. "Inklings are a form of Chaotic neutral, if I remember correctly. They have the ability to naturally absorb Narration like a sponge, and were eliminated because of it." Ribbon said. "The shield was just a work of the Dreamsmith, if you've heard of him." She sighed. "Inklings just want peace, but there was one who wanted war- Desolation. He killed Thaid, using a Mordite blade, and then all Narrators active at the time, including Subversion and Platy, went to go strike back. He had the Plotblade of Foreshadowing, and an ordinary blade. Yet he killed a Narrator." She looked over at the horizon. "The inklings only wanted to be safe. It's a shame they're never seen, because I'd always want to meet one." The Lightshadow that was Tagged onto Inkwell waved.
  5. oh no the girl who thought I was a femboy noticed
  6. wearing sparkly nail polish at school rn
  7. Inklings are very different from Inkwell btw, Inklings have established history
  8. "All inklings are innately unaffected by Narration due to the Dreamsmith. A long time ago, a promise was made that as long as a certain Inkling held the Shield, all Inklings would safe from Narration. Her people would be safe."
  9. "There was an ancient Antagonist back around page 2500. He was feared by narrators, and they all rallied against him." She said. "He also, somewhat conveniently, had a pretty big distaste of Narrators." Her voice dropped to a whisper, as if that would avoid Rebus overhearing. "That... Or there is a loophole." Ribbon sent a Light shadow there. It signalled with clear language, "The Plot is Dead. Never Interfere. Find him."
  10. "He has the thread in his dominion?" Ribbon sighed. "If he's THE antagonist then there's only one way to defeat him: with ANOTHER antagonist."
  11. "Well, that's settled." Ribbon said simply. "Now, if I can ask, what do you know about Rebus?" Ribbon Marked the voice for later, then Tagged it near to identify where it was from.
  12. "So you'd be there when I kill Rirrom." Ribbon asked to make sure, "And then you'd take his core, and do malicious things with it."
  13. "I could help you. While I work out the how-do-I-kill-all-narrators-thing." Ribbon said. "I'm quite skilled at a lot of things, right? And it's not like I have prior allegiances."
  14. Rirrom's core is rendered plot obsolete because of the sacrifice he had to make for the Plotblade Plot Development to become Plot Significance
  15. "If only a narrator can draw out the core of another narrator... Why don't you just do it yourself?"
  16. I still have a sorta job. I mean I get paid. It's extremely difficult. But I prefer volunteer work. It's nice to be able to work with kids until politics makes me give it up
  17. Yeah that's exactly my stance if People wanna think I'm a femboy as a joke then leaning into it is much less scary tbh
  18. Tbh I'm not a femboy, but whatever close enough. It gives me an excuse to try out new things. But I don't want the entire school knowing if that happened I'd actually like, be bullied. At the moment it's sorta like, half of a joke. Almost like a teasing kind of way Unironically if I couldn't do anything more I'd settle for HRT femboy lol but atm I think I can do much better
  19. long story short basically we had to share our strangest dreams in psychology last semester and I shared this dream I had of wearing a skirt and then for the rest of the year the people I shared it to said I had like secret femboy desires and then this girl who was NOT in that class somehow knows and asked me about it yesterday? And then accidentally mentioned it in front of another friend?
  20. Beh let's not get into it. It was mostly applicable back when the site culture was very different and people would do anything for attention in Status Updates. That's a good thing. It took me a long time to come to terms with "being trans isn't something you can just say wasn't ever real in the end" and "being trans doesn't necessarily mean it's all in your head" but like in general the thought patterns that I used to deal with that space can be applied pretty linearly to my Transgender stuff. I won't treat you like a kid, even if I think you're one or not, because I trust that people here have maturity levels that are above that. The way I see you shouldn't concern you unless it seeps into what I write, in which case you should politely tell me. But this is getting wildly off topic. So, to bring it back on topic, now two more people in my school think I'm a femboy great.
  21. I am pretty firm on my stance on status update culture as a whole and tend to associate status updates with younger people, especially when they're very frequently done. Overall, I think the act of posting SUs very often is more appealing to the younger portion of the shard and like, yea I found some of the most garbage places on discord, some of the worst places I'd ever looked at, but still I can move on. that said community was actually a really big part of why I never wanted to formally even give myself the option of being transgender - being queer was very common in that space and I kind of just associated it with awful people
  22. I don't think you're seeing the entire vision here. That would be like saying that toxic communities exist on Invision-based Software Forums and therefore the shard is toxic too. Yes, the bad parts of any platform is going to be awful. That's just how everything is. But they're platforms that support isolated communities. For example, some of the best communities I've been a part of have been on discord, but at the same time I've also been in some pretty terrible places on discord too. To say that one platform, one service, one website is awful is making a harmful generalization that will only hurt yourself.
