    also I've never really gotten anime crushes or really understood crushes on boys. I just don't see what other people see, as it turns out. (All of my fictional crushes were on girl characters)

    The discord is a different vibe though, and it doesn't really do the whole "I can have a conversation over the course of a week" like the forums can. Status updates seem to be used here a fair bit (not as much as they did in 2024) but it's mostly by a small group of people really
