Celia sighed. Snow. Snow. She had the childish thought of throwing snowballs at children who were participating in the games, but decided against it. That was just a waste of time, she thought, Now I have to head south anyways! And so she did. As the sun started to set and paint the sky in a canvas of firey rainbow colors, she walked back. It was a beautiful moment, despite the chaos that she knew would ensue. There were some things that could only be appreciated in the worst of scenarios.

Disruptive as they may be, they were not the main concern. A quick scan of her surroundings suggested that she was a fair bit behind her competitors. Unfortunate, but not over. She started to head north, hearing the crunch of the now-wilting grass beneath her feet. A few minutes nearby it wouldn't hurt it permanently, but any more would cause irreversible damage, which would mean she would be trackable. I can use that to my advantage. North. Onwards. Celia tried not to ponder on her previous thoughts. While they scared her, she had dealt with that before. It didn't matter now, it just got in the way. She hated her thoughts. Silence. And then, noise. Quiet. And then, screaming. Reflective. And then, disrupting. Asking. And then, hating. Darkness. And then, lighting. Comprehension. And then, confusing. Nothing. And then, everything. It was a cycle. Celia blinked the sleep out of her eyes. This was the games. She would need to concentrate. She would need to do something. Irony had gotten her here.
