Okay ik you won't see this necessarily but: while I know nothing about Fadran, I'm very much inclined (for PM reasons) to think that Reading is village, or *possibly* TLR village-aligned. Also, why Somebody?

Ugh I should have learned my lesson about not putting important things in edits by now; Gears told me there were multiple people who told him I was roleblocked but only cited Danex by name. @Gears who were the other ones?

Um what? Fadran hasn't said anything about me... and do you mean me *being* roleblocked or me *roleblocking*? Edit: also technically Gears you passed the message on to me, and now that I think about it you said that more than one person had sent that to you. You only cited Danex but you implied that there were others. Who were they?

I'm not going to change my vote off of Gears but @eltruT it just occurred to me to wonder why you said I was roleblocked when you changed the part of the chain you sent to Gears. You never did explain that.

Okay well since Matrim hasn't posted a vote-count I took the liberty of putting one together myself: Danex (1): Books Ventyl (3): Danex, Aman, TJ Quinn (1): Jester Gears (6): Quinn, Somebody, Ventyl, Whysper, TJ, Reading Turtle (1): Fadran Note that this is unofficial, and it's possible I missed something--if anyone has corrections, point them out pls. Edit: oops I forgot to move TJ off of Ventyl I feel stupid now.

Okay, so there's a flaw with that reasoning: it's possible that the creator of the chain is a villager who RBd Gears (a villager) and thought that because they did that, they were the one who stopped Reading from dying. Edit: that would *still* mean that Reading either is an elim or was lying about not being TLR.

What do you mean "another" RBer? Turtle never claimed to be one. They're just saying they altered the chain on purpose to confuse Gears, who they thought was an elim.

Like I've already said in an edit, while I've been getting elim gut-reads from turtle, it wouldn't make much sense for them and Gears to both be elims. So, if Gears is lynched and turns up village, I say sure, we should go after turtle. Otherwise, though, I would wait for more proof.

turtle was the second person who PMd me about Gears having been roleblocked. Although, honestly, I've been getting kind of elim vibes from turtle all game. The third person who PMd me was @Ashbringer before you ask. Edit: though, come to think of it, it's unlikely that both Gears and turtle are elims, so I guess Gears is probably lying about turtle. Sorry for jumping to conclusions turtle!

I'm not sure if I would trust Gears on this--or on anything. The three PMs I got all independently claimed him as roleblocked. That in and of itself could have been a false trail, but he also responded to the PM we had saying that he had gotten messages saying I was the one who was roleblocked. I would even have been willing to believe *that*, but he said one of the PMs was from @Danex who happens to be one of the three that messaged me. And Danex seems to be saying that they have gotten messages about only one person and haven't seen any discrepancies. So someone here is lying. Edit: yes I realize that Gears could be referring to himself and me as the two he's received communication about. But my point about Danex still stands.

Are you sure it's a good idea to wait? I don't know about you guys, but I've gotten multiple PMs already saying the same person. I would guess that enough other people have gotten PMs to confirm that it's not just a group of elims lying about Edit: clicked submit accidentally, so here's the end of that sentence: "about who it is."

While I'm not sold one way or the other on Aman's alignment, and have for the most part read them as non-elim, I would like to point out that if they were an elim, the others wouldn't have had to try to save them. Without the vote-manip, it looked like it would definitely be Illwei that died. So the fact that no one tried to save Aman isn't necessarily a point in their favor, though I wouldn't say it's a point against them either.

I know that. I posted that comment in response to Reading's suggestion that roleblockers tell them who they were and who they blocked. That would give Reading knowledge of who all the village roleblockers are.
