    Well... I'm sad now. But that is a relation, so maybe the two do correlate.

    I imagine that if you took the sight of an animal that could see further on the spectrum of light, it would be more of a mind thing, like your mind would be able to detect and comprehend the light that it normally couldn't, but it really would be quite difficult to do such a thing without altering eye structure. (So basically, I'm not sure at all.)

    Yeah, in reading it, I noticed a few tie-ins to christianity and stuff. Ba'alzamon was one I saw straightaway, along with Artur Paendrag but I wasn't aware there were so many (Well, I mean, it is a giant series, so I guess that's proportional, but still, it's a giant list.). I was actually COMPLETELY oblivious to the Shai'tan and satan name parallel... I mean, it seems obvious now, but...

    So, I was looking in Eye of The World's glossary, (Though I haven't actually finished it...) at the Trolloc bit, and noticed that it listed the main Trolloc bands. which is when I noticed that Robert Jordan shamelessly named them after common demons and monsters. That's probably already a pretty well-known factoid, but I noticed it by myself, so ha, ha. (Ahf'frait-Ifrit/Al'ghol-unsure/Ban'sheen-banshee/Dha'vol-devil/Dhai'mon-demon/Dhjin'nen- jinn/Ghar'ghael-gargoyle/Ghob'lin-goblin/Gho'hlem-golem/Ghraem'lan-gremlin/Ko'bal-Kobold/Kno-mon-unsure) (Edit: You know, I really should have put this in wheel of time discussion, but it does also kinda fit here.)

    Tacitus posted a topic in The Alleyverse

    Althara sat in his chair. Fine make, from Scadrial. And, of coarse, heavily rigged. He tapped his pen repeatedly on the outside of his facemask, near the side of the chin. HOARD. The only way. He had found a deserted building, primarily made of stone, and solid, thick wood, and commandeered it for the use of HOARD. He had also left notes, encoded, across the city he had found himself in. Alleycity. The notes would lead those clever enough to understand them to HOARD. He could only hope they wouldn't attract... Unwanted attention. In its fetal stages, HOARD couldn't be jeopardized. Althara had already prepared several hidey-holes. The people would know HOARD. Not now, but they would know HOARD. Althara swapped his pen for a dagger, spinning it in his hand. HOARD was coming. Alth stood and left the building. He had things to check on.
