  1. Heads up, depending on the exact start time, I probably won’t be here for the very start of the turn. I’ll be busy/asleep for the next ~15 hours or so, but I may be able to check in for a little bit during that.
  2. I love Code Names but I can never seem to get enough players to play it. That shouldn’t be a problem here. I will join for game 1. I’ll add my name to the spreadsheet.
  3. I can reflect lasers (and all other visible light). I am bullet resistant (as in, bullets suffer resistance when they pass through my body). I can electrocute people... with static electricity.
  4. Touch is such a subjective word... Superpower: I give off radiation. edit: fixed typo
  5. I have the ability to drain the energy of any plant or animal... by eating them. I have the ability to create infinite worlds... with my imagination. I can annihilate any antimatter just by touching it. I can never actually touch anything because of my atoms’ electromagnetic field.
  6. I haven’t read all the comments here, so someone has probably already said this but I feel like the end of one of the arcs this book is going to be the Singers attacking Urithiru, with everything about to be lost, the Sibling about to be corrupted, and then Navani figures out the secret and turns Urithiru back on, maybe by bonding the sibling. Also, WHAT!? Some fused can apparently corrupt radiant spren? Also, there are so many cool aspects of singer culture we’re learning about here. I’m not super into Venli herself, but learning about the fused and singers will be fun. Leshwi and Raboniel are shaping up to be some of my favorites of Brandon’s villains. Raboniel seems super potent and dangerous.
  7. I’ll join when I get the chance. I’ve never used discord before, but I can figure it out.
  8. I could see possibly Gears being elim, but I don’t think you’ve talked about it previously. What’s your reasoning here?
  9. Looking over some of Matrim’s D1 posts, I think I’m more suspicious of Straw. Matrim reads village to me. He encouraged conversation early on, and his votes, while suspicious, could also be simple indecision. He also clearly stated that the Silber vote was a poke vote, and pulling it back after it seemed like Silber may get more votes makes sense if he only wanted Silber to be motivated to talk, not to be lynched. My reasoning for Straw is mainly his defense of Silber, but he also voted for Reading, so that implicates him a little. Matrim is definitely still my second pick, though.
  10. I still feel like Straw, but Matrim is sus. Looking at some of his comments a second time, I could possibly see a strategy of feigning uncaringness toward votes as an excuse for lynching one or more villagers. I could also definitely see Straw and Mat both being elims, and playing up this so that if one of them is lynched, the other looks better for it.
  11. Straw and Windrunner are my main two suspects. Straw was extremely defensive of Silber in a way which seems like possible pocketing to me. That would also give a good reason as to why Silber was killed: the elims were trying to make Straw look better for defending him. Illwei also defended Silber, but not as harshly. This all seems very convenient, though, and maybe a little too obvious. Straw also voted Reading. Windrunner also voted for Reading, and quite abruptly. I did the same, though, so I’m willing to give benefit of the doubt on this one. As for other people: Matrim seems defensive, which reads very slight elim to me. However, Reading was the same, and ended up being village. Illwei also defended Silber, but his early comments read village to me. Ash had some discussion around them in the first day. I don’t have a great read on them, but they did advocate for lynching Silber, whatever that’s worth. Of course, I doubt an elim would advocate for lynching someone they planned on killing anyway. Ash also said they thought Matrim and Straw weren’t suspicious during day one. This makes me think very mild elim.
  12. Ok, because there’s some suspicion being put on me, I’d like to explain myself. Basically, my thought process last round was “I don’t want to just be inactive, but I don’t really know how this works well enough to make a confident vote.” So, I decided to share my opinion and then vote for whoever everyone else went after, assuming they knew better than me. At first, it seemed like people were voting for Silber, so I voted them, misinterpreting a poke vote as people actually considering voting Silber out. After it was clarified to me that it was just a poke vote, I retracted my vote. Later, I shared my opinion on who may be suspicious. I thought reading seemed like the logical choice, but had a gut feeling he was village. Other people started voting reading, so I figured I would trust my logical analysis and other people’s opinions over a gut feeling, so I voted Reading.
  13. Is this still a thing? If so, do you mind if I join. I just started playing Among Us.
  14. Tracer Bullet, for sure . I’ll join the club. I’ve been reading Calvin and Hobbes since I was nine. I’ve read all the comics, though I unfortunately had to leave most of my books behind when I moved. My favorite comics are the ones where Calvin creates some snowman house of horrors. Sorry, I’m new to the forums. How do I insert an image of a comic in here?
  15. Shard of Reading. I’m sorry.
  16. I mean, Reading has definitely been acting sus. However, I have a gut feeling that he is village. I don’t know why, and I don’t trust that feeling one bit.
  17. Sorry got that backwards. Typo. Gears and Matrim both did want to lynch day 1. If someone is lynched, do we learn whether they were an elim? If so, it could be a good idea to go for someone who has been active, as we can then learn from their actions who may be an elim.
  18. Silber. Ok, so here’s what I’ve got. Reading and Straw seem a little antagonistic toward each other. There are many explanations for this. Matrim has agreed with Straw on his accusations or reading. Both Matrim and gears expressed an interest in waiting to lynch anyone until a later round, though I’m not sure they still feel that way. Straw does not want Silber to be lynched, Ash does. The people who wanted to lynch anyone who a spy said was an elim were: Elkanah, Ghanderflafle, elturT, and Straw. Reading seems a little salty about all the accusations coming his way. This could go either way.
  19. I’m open to going someone else, I’d feel bad if we lynched gears or reading, but they do seem like the best choices. I just woke up, so I’m going to review what people said and try to post an analysis or something before the round ends.
  20. I may have misinterpreted your vote then. Whoops. Why are you opposed to lynching gears?
  21. Well, seems like we’re voting Silber. I’m not sure what people’s tells are, or anything like that, so I’ll just go with the general consensus here, I guess.
  22. Well, not much to go on as of yet. I’ll vote when I get up tomorrow morning.
  23. I will join as Ninth of the Sky. Also, which Aviar specifically require an action to use their power? Does using an action mean you don’t get to vote who to lynch?
  24. I didn’t see the latest episode live, so now I have to wait four more days. This makes me excited, though. I dread what will happen. Edit: just watched it, and... wow. Now we have to wait two weeks for the next one.
