  1. "I already informed the Guardians, sir," puffs Xasah.
  2. "I don't trust you. How about you just leave and let us deal with this?" Hmm. This person had an odd accent- one he had never heard before. But he'd been to every corner of the Basin and beyond and heard every accent. Then how...?
  3. He walks over to her, and whispers in her ear. "Look. I don't know how you know about Hemalurgy, but there are two other people in this room who don't know about the Third Art. If you don't want to have more people know what they should, I would shut your mouth, understand?"
  4. KePuur tenses before "Mrs, could I speak to you privately?"
  5. KePuur frowns. "Use it? It's a spike. You stab people with it- you're making it sound like some skilled piece of machinery that you need to train with."
  6. What on earth was this tavern? There was him, a Inquisitor, a duralumin allomancer, all expected, but then there was a hemalurgist/Lurcher, a steelrunner, a masked fueruchemist, and Harmony knows what else. "That is a perfectly normal spike," he said in a tone that strained his disguise- still, it wasn't too implausible. He picks it up. "Serial killer, probably. Who knows what goes on inside their heads."
  7. KePuur cursed as the identity of Marie was revealed to all the people in this tavern. He looked around to see what or who might of pushed that ball. He doubted it was the terriswoman that Adilie suspected- she seemed far too sincere.
  8. KePuur walks over to the pair and sits down next to them, and begins to whisper to "Been awhile, eh, Marie? When was the last time I saw you? Fifty years ago? Sixty?" He then focuses on Adilie. "You're Adilie, I suppose?"
  9. He obliges and just sits there, puffing with Devan in the snow, and taking any food given to them. After a couple of minutes, he stands shakily, and says, "I'm good now. Thanks."
  10. KePuur was really, really good at card games. Of course, he wasn't KePuur at the moment- he was currently Vasckar Bel, some minor criminal out in the roughs that he... 'borrowed' these bones from. He looked like a man in his mid-to-late thirties, with rough stubble covering his chin. His face had scars on his cheeks and his forehead, and his head was shaved bald. Personally, he wasn't a big fan of this persona- it was far too serious for his tastes. Luckily, no one around here knew Vasckar, so he could tweak his personality, even if just a little. "Hah! Full house!" KePuur says to the table full of men, all holding cards as he slams his hand down on the table, showing that yes, he had a full house. Grumbles rise over the table as they begrudgingly handed over their boxings. "I'm not playing against this man ever again," says one of them. Ah, being able to read people nearly perfectly was a nice side effect of his years of imitation. Suddenly, a dark figure appeared at the door, face obscured with a large hood. He turns to the men he was playing cards with, and says "I'm going to go get a drink, friends. He turns back around, stands, and heads over to the bar...
  11. "Yeah.. but... why... A rouge, maybe...?"
  12. Uh... I posted three RPs. Two are deadish, and the third just lost it's only other member. Feel free to join the third one, if you wish. Or not. Dear bord I'm so desperate
  13. That was a slum, right? Calarian just shrugs. What was he expecting? This dirty, penniless kid to live in a mansion? "Ah, I see. Would you like to sleep in the Agency for tonight then?"
  14. "Yeah... we just... flew really hard... I... assume... you dealt... with the Ironclads?"
  15. Suddenly, Xasah drops out of the sky along with Devan, both falling into the snow, exhausted." "We've... we've alerted the... mountain spirits, Phaedrus... Do you have any food...?"
  16. "Uh... they're getting rather close- should we do something...?"
  17. Soon, the odd trio reaches Grace's apartment, one of many in the neighborhood. As they begin to ascend, Grace hopes that they don't run into anyone. Their apartment allowed pets, but she doubted a large, wild firebird that had burnt down half the downtown would be just be let through. Luckily, it was working hours and the halls were empty- Grace pokes the password to her home and opens the door into a medium-sized apartment. "Moooom!"
  18. "Yeah? Oh. Can you use your all-seeing eye to tell us if those people are hostile or not?"
  19. Vaavu trots after everyone else. The next hour or so continues onward like it had before the attack- complete silence, and an bad feeling. No sign of whatever attacked you, and no signs of any life.
  20. Grace begins to head back home, through the streets of Liverpool. She was barely registering the fact that a mythical firebird was right behind here, had burned at least a block down, and had then put out the fire. How could anyone register this fact? She had wanted to be a biologist. But how was she going to become an expert if this bird worked on magic, an inherently non-understandable thing? What if this wasn't the only one of it's kind?
  21. The human man speaks first. "Do not worry. We are just adventurers and have also just gotten here today. I am Usavi Tangut, and this is my... associate Wola. "Now, if you could let us through please."
