"Uh... hello Daisy. Just a second..."| She walks into the living room, turns on the tv and switches to the nearest news channel. Surely this would be big news, magical beings just appearing, right? And indeed, the headline she saw on the screen says "WORLD ON FIRE- CITIES ALL OVER THE WORLD AFLAME!"
-
"Yeah... I need to get my stuff from the inn. I'll meet back up with you later- bye!" She then leaves through the door without another word.
-
"I, too, as an undead and eternal lich, do not need sleep. I shall aid you in standing watch!"
-
Kess frowns and opens her mouth to reply before Jahora reveals the true reason for the bounty. She shuts her trap, before squeaking out an "Oh."
-
"Because it's unhealthy not having any friends, and your insistence that everyone is out for themselves is beginning to get under my skin!"
-
"Sure, that's what you want. But that's not what you need."
-
Having followed Jahora, Kess says "Well maybe if you informed us of literally anything that would change."
-
"I see. However, sometimes it is just simpler to seize a city with a sea of corpses and execute a king, rather than plan for months to kill the same man."
-
"Oh? What do you prefer, then? Infiltration? Assassination? Robbery? All can be aided with an army. A little siege provides chaos and an enemy to polarize people and politicians."
-
"I mean, of course there is a beneficial effect. Why would anyone create a sword that is only detrimental to the wielder?"
-
"I slept fine. I'm just not a morning person, give me a couple minutes." "What happened to her? Like, wow, she is seriously mixed up in the head." She pauses for a moment. "Hmm... perhaps you should do some digging into her past. For safety purposes."
-
"You are limiting yourself with the thought of armies made of thinking men. My armies of undead do not need food, and they are perfectly loyal. They may not be the most skilled soldiers, but numbers can destroy any army, especially, when the dead of the enemy become their greatest weakness."
-
"Don't follow orders? HAH! That's hilarious. Good joke, my friend."
-
"Slaughter is extremely fun, especially when it leads to a massive army at your disposal!"
-
"Yeah, and thanks." She goes over, sits, and starts to eat the food on the tray, still looking extremely tired.
-
"And... and now's there's a fairy. Hello. Uh... what's your name?" What is going on? I mean... I can't be the only one who has been visited by magical beings, right?

Kess walks into the kitchen and begins to rummage around in the cupboards looking for some breakfast. Jahora and Rose were talking about something- her still-tired brain wasn't really all that concerned. Hmm... nothing in this cupboard, nothing in this drawer- where did this man keep his food? She frowned and continued her search before she paused. Something seemed... off about the conversation occuring behind her. There was a distinct tensity to it, especially on Rose's side. She turned, and before her eyes Jahora toppled backward and Rose was on top of him, pinning him down and began to scream at him. Kass spun and summoned a blade of clear before hesitating for a moment- well so, as Kieran burst into the room and began to talk to Rose, and Kess realized that if she had gone for Rose, that probably would of just provoked her more. She remains tense, however, as Rose stands- but that ends as soon as she starts to cry, before sitting down and sighing. It was far too early in the morning for this- she should probably try and help, though. "Look, Rose, I don't know how you got so messed up. But everyone's messed up somehow. And that's okay. And messed up people want to unmess up other people, even if it's just to make themselves less messy as well."

Usavi leans forward, a gleam in his eye. "That sounds excellent. Could I hear some more about this sword?"
-
"Hmmm. Let's watch for a moment. I'm curious."
-
Meanwhile, Kess is snoring in the other room- she's never been a morning person and certainly not one to wake up to up on her own. Despite of this, however, she jerks awake and looks around the room before remembering the previous day. She sits up, gets out the bed, and puts her clothes from yesterday- she would prefer clean clothes but they were all at her room at the inn- she'd have to take a trip over there later today. She then leaves the room and heads downstairs.
-
"Very well, I'm quite curious what could of happened." said Qavixsu.

"Ah, caves may not be my favorite, but at least they have a lot of storage space for my armies." Indeed, a stream of zombies and skeletons filed into the cave and into a side cavern. "Oh, and you can definitely make it properly ominous for any adventurers. It'll take some effort, though..."

@Channelknight Fadran "Wow, that must of been ages ago. When was Liverpool founded? I'll look it up in a second, but first, Jin, do you remember anything?"
-
"How different?"
