I disagree. Odium probably refuses to grant Access to Adhesion, because he doesnt want to be traped and also doesnt want trap others (just kill them). But Adhesion is manipulating Connection and Connection is universal thing in Cosmere and Odium can manipulate it (Making Fused, Venlis Voidpowers).
