"Sounds like learning to use tin." Mumbled Hoblim, concentrating. Then again, he thought, it's an exercise in storing sensory memory. I guess factual memory will come later. He started storing carefully, noting what he wanted to store. There's no use, he knew, in trying to avoid storing what you didn't want; it only brought it to the forefront of his mind and interfered with storing what he wanted. He tried also not to store his thoughts - mainly by storing his immediate memories. It wasn't very easy, but he managed.

"Yes. I asked questions directly related to this conversation. But never mind that. So, you are telling us this dragon now died permanently, unlike normal dragons, because it somehow was completely and solely in one realm?"
-
"Like the questions I already asked? I can understand that you have secrets. Most people have some."
-
Hoblim took a medallion and climbed aboard, shaking his head. Of course Kelsier won't tell them where they're going. That should've been obvious. And now they are completely in his power. Wonderful. He went to Trésor. "So, shall we go on with my training?"

"Now, this vehicle isn't, by happenstance, connected to the Vanishers' one, now is it?" Asked Hoblim.

Well, define "now". What was now for you back when you wrote your reply isn't now for me, and I was asleep when you wrote it. Either way, I probably won't eat dinner now, even though it is evening where I live, because I ate not too long ago, before Shabbos was out here (yay for a random Judaism reference!). TPBM likes to randomly philosophise. (Well, philosophise isn't really a word, but I hope you got my meaning. And I didn't straight-forwardly violate my law of not having my TPBM be connected to what I wrote earlier in my message, since the connection was indirect. If you wish to claim otherwise you may well do so, and we can discuss it somewhere.) -
"Well, you could say so." Replied Hoblim. "Especially since Shnaim Mikra isn't the first thing most people know about Judaism. Shabbat may be the first. Maybe Pesach, Brit Milah or some other Mitvah. I wonder how- oh, sorry. Trésor's sister is a Jew, so she might tell you random things. Does the sister work for you?"

Hoblim paused. "Seriously? A gentile, asking me what I learn? That's... Kind of weird. Anyway, I learn Rashi."

"What do you mean, attached to two realms? Every creature exists in at least three known realms. And... whatever you meant to say is obviously not common knowledge, so why would we know what would happen to the dragon when he'll die?" Gal took his notebook and pencil out and looked at the stranger eagerly. "You also indicated you know much about dragons? May I question you after we solve this quarrel?"
-
Hoblim got out of his room with his bag on one shoulder, pushing a book in while coming to the group at the entry hall. "Sorry, I was learning Shnaim Mikra- oh, never mind. I tend to forget that you aren't Jews." He shook his head. Then he noticed Kelsier. "Oh, you're back. And... We're moving? Why?"

"Might it be usage of too technical terms? I get that all the time. Maybe you should try using different terms." Said Gal.
-
"Yeah, right." Said Hoblim, trying to calm down a bit. "Should I help you cook?"

Gal listened to the dialogue. It sounded... Weird. What do you mean, monorealmatic? Nothing is truly monorealmatic. Everything exists in all three realms! And the fire... Plus... "Excuse me," he said to the stranger. "Did you say spirit guide? Are you bonded to a non-physical entity?" The wind took him to a private room, and then howled in a way that nearly sounded like: "welcome. Enjoy your stay here." Then it was gone. In the meanwhile, Sef nodded goodbye to Valzwyn and her friend, and went back to the library. @Channelknight Fadran @Random Bystander

"Well then. That's... Disturbing. Thank you for sharing the information. Goodbye." Marsh walked away to another compartment. Hoblim gulped. "It doesn't really matter whether or not I like fish, does it?" He said, after digesting the information. "It's not like I have much else to eat. Thank you."

"A big operation. I see. I wonder how they succeeded hiding it from Harmony. Though he was busy lately. I gather that is all?" _______________________________________ Hoblim came back with the wet dishes. "Finished. I guess I won't need two sets of plates, seeing to the fact I have no way of getting Kosher meat here." He placed the dishes on a nearby table. "So, what do we have for lunch?"

I believe this one is a Pratchett quote - at least, my brother quotes it as one regularly.

"So, Insight actually started getting truly involved? And Sazed works with him without telling us... It happens a lot, lately." Marsh cocked his head. "Do you know what's the connection between the people passing here?" "I think that'll do." Said Hoblim hesitantly, taking the dishes. "Halocheh... It's not really one of my strengths." He took the dishes and went to the spring.

Hoblim went to the kitchen he was told earlier was for him. He asked the man there: "you're Braiser, right? When's lunch?" _______________________________________ Marsh followed Kell's directions. He then looked around with hands folded and found his brother. "No Connection storing for me, I see." Said Marsh to Kelsier in a low voice. "So, what's the story?"

A gust of wind blew through the corridor. "Here" Sef told Mr. Ryan. "Follow the ghosts. They'll show you to your room." @Onimur _______________________________________ Gal turned, interested. It sounded like the girl knew much about dragons.
-
I can. I'll board the next one to Elendel, then. Marsh carefully put sunglasses over his spikes and made himself a little younger, growing his hair back. This way he was a little less noticeable. Add to that Connection dumping, and no one noticed him. He went to the train station. _______________________________________ Hoblim immediately realigned his watch, then asked: "So, when do we get lunch? And when is sunset?"

@Channelknight Fadran Gal looked around. The Shadow was still there, though the dragon corpse was, for some reason, on fire, with a new person standing nearby. Cara wasn't anywhere, and it seemed that Xeus' group already left. Orpheus was still around, and seemed stressed for some reason. Gal considered asking him why he was that way, but decided against it, since he wasn't very good at interpersonal interactions. So instead, he started looking through Ara's notes, which seemed to be intended for her to read more than to other people.
-
Kell? You sent for me? Said Marsh. He stood in the Shadow of a building in Weathering. Hoblim closed Arcanum Unbounded and took Warbreaker hesitantly, then started reading - and storing memories of - the Ars Arcanum. When he finished, he looked up around him, and out the window. Was it after midday yet? He rose and walked to Trésor. "Is it afternoon already? What time is it? I probably should align my watch to local time."

Looked relatively late, so no. TPBM noticed that toothless only read SA and joined the Shard with only that, and wanders what he thought to himself.
